Issues of creative cloud and Windows 8.1
Hello. I recently bought a laptop with windows 8 on it. Then, I installed creative cloud and installed a few CC applications without problem. Then I updated to 8.1 and now the CC application does not work. All the applications that I could download work fine, it's just the creative cloud application that does not work white screen. Does anyone know about any fix for this?

Just an update to my previous post - I solved the problem.
It has proved to be a problem of Windows 8.1 user account. Do not know why it happens, however, I managed to make it work by creating a new Admin account and creative opening Cloud from there... It worked well for me, I installed all my packages.
Then I went to my admin orginal account and all the apps work perfectly. I couldn't understand why the admin orginal account had problems however a new worked well.

Please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall on your machine.
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
(2) delete following folders: (if you do not see any folder skip this step)
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files
C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is folder hidden please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) \Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

Hi, I've alerted to creative cloud for windows. I bought a mac, so I would like to cancel the one for windows and Mac. "Subscriber." Any idea? I looked everywhere on adobe, but I can't find. Thanks a lot for your help!
There is no need to cancel one for Windows since CC subscriptions are not platform specific. Your subscription allows you to use it on Windows and Mac computers, so just install Mac on Mac files.
Download/install the desktop application, connect and install applications subscription.

Hi all! I would like to know, if I buy a subscription to Creative Cloud for Windows PC, then I buy a Mac computer, can I just switch my subscription and then download the version for MAC, without having to subscribe to another subscription?

Altogether.
CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID.
It may be Windows or Mac as Adobe CC is platform independent.

I have already installed creative cloud and illustrator (trial) but when I turn on the computer and restart windows, it fails with error code 16 and need me to remove the program, and reinstall.

first of all uninstall cc on your computer.

If that translates into the same initialization error:
start at the top and work your way down to apply applicable patches until your problem is solved.

If your error is:
"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

I try to update creative cloud and am getting an error 81 - Installer already running.
I checked that no other installer is running (or the application of the CC)
The operating system is Windows 8.1
Any suggestions as to what I can try?

Open the Task Manager, click more details .
Close all the Adobe of the tasks as AAMupdater, declaring AAMupdater, demon Adobe Crash of the related task manager.
Please also look for a process named creative cloud, CoreSync, Armsvc, Acrotray, Windows Installer... etc so far please complete the process.
Then try updating creative cloud.

Creative Cloud for Windows 7 computers
I work for a small company that plans to buy a contract year of the creative cloud for 2 computers to Windows 7. How will I know if/when there will be updates of my creative cloud that Windows 7 is unable to support - making us suddenly unable to use our programs?

Windows 7 is in fact still widely used, despite Windows 8 (.1) and 10. I don't think that Adobe would cancel
support in the next three years or more. (That's just my opinion, however, so please do not take my words)

Hola I have download first pro problems. In the creative cloud application window it said first is "up-to-date", but I can't open it in my computer (Mac) from anywhere. So I just ran the Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool and cleaned all adobe related to my computer and then I left the cleaner but now I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Creative cloud increases Windows 10 stopping time
HI HI. I am a student and a TA for an intro to Film class. Although I'm not currently a Subscriber I like to keep creative cloud and Premier Pro on my system, just in case people needed the latest version. (School tends to be 1 or 2 steps behind several times.)
I recently upgraded to 10 Windows and reinstalled just yesterday. On stop last night and the test again this morning, stop with background cloud Creative services on GREATLY increased stopped in time. (Upwards of like 30 seconds to 3 minutes). Tests by closing them manually before closing the system down it closed within the normal period. Is there a way to prevent ALL of these services to run until I opened the creative cloud or Premier Pro?
I don't want to stop the increase time every day something i can use once every 6 months. (Normally I just use a school system since I can't afford to sign up.) : O
How to control the Windows startup (Win10, do not know earlier)
1 right click on the Windows button down left
2 - Select the Task Manager
2B, you may need to select the Task Manager option to see the Startup tab
3 - Select the Startup tab
4 - disable Adobe services that you do not want to run

Don't know why but my Creative Cloud Apps window gives me an option to install the previous versions. Any ideas? I just recently installed creative cloud and I'm connected with my Adobe ID on Windows 7 Professional.
No where help or support information said that previous versions are only available if you are currently subscribed to the current version.

Why I have to reinstall creative cloud and Illustrator everytime I restart my PC? -Error 16
I need creative Cloud for United, so before you buy it I use to the top of my 30 day trial. So far what I downloaded is creative cloud and Illustrator and every day I turn on the PC, go to launch Illustrator, and an error occurs. Every time he tells me I equal to 1. It will synchronize the file & instructions are as below:
The pre-selection documents are in your downloads folder local on the C drive in ZIP file.
1. unzip archive ZIP preset on your hard drive.
2 copy the predefined folder (Portochrome) to your Lightroom "Develop Presets" folder:
MAC OSX: \Library\Application Support\Adobe / Lightroom\Develop Presets
WINDOWS XP: C:\Documents and Settings Application Data Adobe Lightroom\Develop Presets
