  I'm guessing that you have had an internet connection and your PC downloaded a update that his having difficulties to install.  Try to leave this connection and the update manually.

  You need to update the version of iTunes on your computer, not the iPhone.

  If you are using a Mac, use the App Store app to install iTunes updates available.

  If you are using Windows, download the latest version of iTunes from the Apple website.

• iTunes says files in iCloud when the library is stored locally

  I am a subscriber of Apple's music. Just upgraded to the latest iTune 12.4.1.6 on my PC Windows 10. This PC stores all my music files taken from the original CD. Just noticed that all my music now has icon cloud beside him and I get the option to download. Before clicking play a music file information would show the way to the file on my PC. He said now iCloud status: Apple music and location: iCloud.

• Every single extension I have is broken. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work either. They say they will updated when Firefox is restarted, but I can't even open the preferences for each plugin.

• Windows Vista Security says McAfee is installed when it is not (I think)

I uninstalled McAfee off my pc when I installed Norton. Now the windows Defender said that my virus programs are incompatible and that McAfee is still there. I went through Add/Remove, I looked in program files manually and I even went through the registry - deleted a single stray McAffe register, but he always says that he is there. I checked (several times) my boot drive (SSD) and a second internal HARD disk, disk utility says it all goes well and nothing in need of repair. Meanwhile, I can say drives are certainly * not * ok since I get poor system performance, and the HARD disk is sprayed randomly when I access/copy some files.

  I went and got the SMART utility and Disk Warrior, SMART utility written my boot drive is FAILING and my HARD drive has FAILED.

  I am now under DW on it, but I'm pretty annoyed that utility disk is essentially useless to see if there are problems with the discs...

  Disk utility and disk warrior can only repair the files in the directory, they are unable to repair a disk that is physically / mechanically failing.

• Windows Vista says disk is empty when it is not

  I've been watching photos to a hour drive today when all of a sudden windows from the disk of thought was empty. When I went to the file management bar to my dvd, CD-ROM drive was almost to the end, indicating that the disk is almost full (and not empty), but the bar was red instead of the normal blue. I have another copy of the disc, so I got that one. Once more after watching it for about 30 minutes, the photos have disappeared and he told me to drag items to burn. I tried all the fixes on the internet (regedit, uninstall/reinstall, update driver), nothing works. The disks have been created on this computer and work well on other computers. Just stopped working on this one.

• Say there is jams when there is not.

I have Adobe flash player installed 16.0.0.235, which is practically the last version, but for Firefox tells me that I should update the plugin and "Always enable" is greyed out.   Thanks sam, what it seems that this is supposed to be so this could not explain the source of the problem unfortunately.
  Another thing to try is to force a reload of the red list since the mozilla servers. to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Blocklisting/Testing#Forcing_a_Blocklist_Ping , it is explained how to do this.
