  Follow these steps to create the dump file:

  Step 1: When I displays the dialog box message "Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 has stopped working" do not remove he

  Step 2: Launch 'Task Manager' and under 'Applications' tab right click on "Adobe Illustrator" to open the contextual pop-up menu

  Step 3: Select the option 'Create a Dump file' and wait for the process must be completed

  Step 4: once the end dialog box gets displayed click on the OK button to close the dialog box.

  Step 5: Press "Windows + r" to open the "Run" dialog OS WIN

  Step 6: Type "%temp%" in the edit field, press the Enter key

  Step 7: In the search for (Temp folder) window Explorer for files 'Illustrator.dmp' and share all of the sharing sites online help

  Open the file/Program files (x 86).

  Search: vcredist_x64.exe

  3 results popped up for me. I ran all three and it fixed the problem for me. Hope this works for you as well.

• My Illustrator CS6 will not launch

  I was working with a file HAVE in Illustrator today. Everything worked well and I made a few modifications and placed the file in my inDesign document.  I saw another change, that I wanted to do so I click with the right button on the file and choose Edit with Illustrator.  I got a Windows box pop up that says, "Adobe Illustrator CS6 has stopped working a problem caused the program blocking works.» Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. "The only option was to click on the button"close the program ".  No other information was given.  For the last two hours, I was Google search, these forums and some of my Illustrator friends asking if they had any ideas.

  I can open the program by holding down the SHIFT key and I can even open a file, but no feature is available (see image) as you can see most of the options in the windows is missing.  Even if I open a file, nothing in the window menu is available and even preferences will not open.  I can't same shortcuts.

  

  Google says you can reset/clear preferences now shift - control - at the opening of the program. This still does not work and the system hangs on loading ColorHarmony.aip

  I have reinstalled the software because after having read the other questions on the net that were very similar to mine, that did not help.  I was working with fonts and deleted one because he has not worked at all.  I don't remember the name but I know it started with a T.  When I went in Windows/Fonts fonts don't came as hahahah hahaha instead of the characters of the alphabet.  So, I deleted thinking that something is happening with the police.  Maybe I messed up a required font?

  My software is now registered with the technician and I can now use Illustrator!  This is the Silhouette plugin that was causing the problem.  Once he got rid of it worked great!

• I can't download Windows updates or updates of Windows Defender, and my BITS will not start.

  Hi, I have a HP Pavilion dv4 Notebook PC, and I can't get my updates of windows to download anything. My BITS will not start.

  -Processor: Intel (r) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU
  At 2.10 GHz, 2.10 GHz T6500
  -Memory (RAM): 4.00 GB
  -System type: 64-bit operating system
  -Windows Vista Home Premium Edition
  -Service Pack 2

  I have Webroot AntiVirus with Spy Sweeper and I recently downloaded the Malewarebytes Malware Anti.

  Whenever I try to download an update for anything, be it Itunes, Windows Defender, Windows updates, updates to HP or Microsoft Updates, they do not always arrive.

  When I go into the service menu & try to start BITS it comes up with this message:

  Windows cannot start the Service on the Local computer's Background Intelligent Transfer
  Error 126: The specified module is not found.

  When the updates of Windows fails to download updates, it comes up with the error Code: 80246008.

  I tried to download on microsoft.com BITS Repair tool, but it is said that the tool is not necessary.

  I really need someone to help me and to understand this point for me, it's happened now for about 3 months. When I bought the laptop I had Webroot AntiVirus with Spy Sweeper installed, and I just installed Malwarebytes' Anti Malware, a week ago.

  Anyway, do the following:

  1. download the Norton Removal Tool, save it to your desktop: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

  1B. download the tool McAfee Consumer Product Removal, save it to your desktop: http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

  2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).

  3. click right on the file saved in # 1 above, and then select run as administrator to run the utility. DO TAP not your keyboard until the race ends, then restart.

  4. click right on the file saved in # 1 b above, and then select run as administrator to run the utility. DO TAP not your keyboard until the race ends, then reboot again.

  5 test.
