  Install both, this order please:

  1. First install the desktop software, but do not run it yet (it could offer at the end of installation)

  Have you tried pulling the battery for a few minutes?

  If it does not please re install the software via BlackBerry link but make a backup first if you want to keep your data.

  Ive got Blackberry DAC, which is just basically Blackberry Q10. I had problems with it for the last two months - it has been restarted at random, mainly while working with it.   I got my Blackberry Q10 for a few months and was in love with it... until recently when I started having issues by e-mail.  Currently, I'm completely unable to send mail from my POP3 e-mail address business - which completely defeats the purpose of having a smartphone.   I updated the software, rebooted or shut down cellular and wifi... nothing seems to work.

  I receive emails on my smartphone and send using GMAIL, but I can't send through my POP3 server.   My email works fine on my desktop.  What is particularly annoying, is that it does not give an error message does not seem to do anything.  NO checkmark, just an envelope which makes it look like a sent email received.

  Anyone else having this problem?  Any resolution?  Please, I want to continue to support BB but I need help.
