  I find that if the keyboard does not after sleep or start arriving, simply lift the keyboard out of the surface of the table a few inches and let it fall down.  It will immediately start working.   I think that there is a sensor in the keyboard, which is not always realize or to calibrate properly in coming to life.

  If you have complications beyond the keyboard chip out of sleep, I'd take it upward with the support to push the issue.

  It seems that the slim keyboard function keys are priority on the F keys # (F1, F2, etc.). So for example, if I press the F1 key, it will switch volume switch instead of appear in menu "help" in the programs.   + 1 for this fix. In fact, I like to have the brightness of the screen (F11 and F12) does not and all the rest (F1 - F10) fixed.

  Run the .exe don't require or even request administrator rights. Until there is an option in the BIOS, this .exe will be later in my startup folder!

• Venue 11 Pro - Slim keyboard do not behave as expected, or it must.

  I recently received a dell flat keyboard for my 11 Pro - Baytrail tablet coming.    Overall, I like the quality and functionality, although I also like others encountered the intermittent non-functional keyboard, but this isn't the subject of this post.

  Combined makes the slim keyboard worse than useless in several scenarios of use.   I want the keyboard slim for the occasional need to enter more data as possible on the touchscreen AND protect the tablet... but if your use is more compressed than laptop, you'll find yourself constantly work around these limitations.

  You have a great product here, but you really need to take a page from the playbook of the surface here.   They sort of set the standard and expectations for how keyboard covers on tablets should work, and although I really like the material usage is clumsy, in its current form.

  Glad to hear you guys are to find some kind of workaround for this.  About the requested changes, I've confirmed with engineering teams that unfortunately these elements are not possible given the current design of equipment.   They are documented for future products however.   Appreciate all the comments on this issue and my apologies for not being able to provide a solution for this product.

  You are in desktop mode or modern (metro)?   The keyboard only automatically generated in the modern design interface.   If you are in desktop mode, you will need to manually, tap the option of keyboard to bring up the keyboard.

  Hello all - I use my desktop Hp 6600 (connected via usb) jet and my computer (dell E6430 latitude) says that it is a usb device not recognized.  I tried a lot of troubleshooting, including the removal of usb controllers and reinstall, but which doesn't seem to work.  I'd like to help as soon as POSSIBLE. Again, I must keep my printer cable, because the network, I refuse the acess printers or something like that.

  If I understand correctly your computer does not detect the printer. You can try the following steps and check the results.

  1) inspect the cable USB and connection:- icon on the USB () facing up when the cable is connected to the product correctly. After that you make sure that the USB cable connects correctly and safely, consider the following guidelines to check other potential problems associated with USB: Connect any other USB device. If the USB cable connects to the USB port on the keyboard, try to connect to it in another USB port on the computer. Length of the cable USB.   (b) in the Open box, type services.msc, and then click OK. The Services window opens.

  (c) to seek the 'Plug-and-Play services' and check if the status is started.

  (d) if the status is not started, then right-click on it and select start.

  (e) once on the way out of the window.

  (7) uninstall and reinstall the printer software.

  (8) re-enable the startup programs: -.
