  • The IP address has changed on the Officejet L7590 caused XP machine does not see

I have an Officejet L7590 connected to my wireless router, and it was works very well with our laptop Win XP via the network wireless for a few weeks. Then all of a sudden, we couldn't connect. So I checked the IP address through the front panel to find that he had changed from x.x.x.3 to x.x.x.4. By looking at the advanced properties of the control panel-> printers area he showed at the address x.x.x.3 (though that a button has been checked to always say 'print to this same device if its ip address changes'.

So I managed to force a change to make it work by changing the ip address in the printer Control Panel icon manually, but nobody knows how to stop what is happening yet? What are the causes the IP address of the printer to change anyway - he is using DHCP of course but they change whenever you turn it on? We usually spend the printer off every night...

    Thank you!

  • L7590 don't Print Full Black Ink, the darkness is uneven

I have an Officejet Pro L7590 and printing I cannot get all of the black ink level.  This has happened actually came out of nowhere I remember not to proceed with changes in real system before the problem started.  There are a few areas on the page that seem normal, but the vast majority of the page is much lighter.  I tried to clean the printheads twice and tried to align the cartridges without change.  I also installed a new cartridge (HP) with no difference in print quality.

I read the article online about this problem (uneven printing black ink), but it seems to refer to older models since my cartridges have no contacts like the ones listed, or parameterized properties options in the same way.

  • HP Officejet Pro L7590 all-in -: print to the location of the file

I have a HP Officejet Pro L7590 all-in-one printer.  It has recently been make me save a Web document somewhere (like my office).  Only then can I print a document from there.  Recently I was talking to someone about this and they said to try and find the option "Print to file" because it could be activated, so maybe that's my problem.  Does anyone know where this option "Print to file" is so I can try and get it printed as before?  If I go to a regular Word document, it prints very well.  Help!

Once clicking on edit you should simply select the listed HP Officejet Pro L7500 series icon in the list, then you should be able to print.

  • Server 2008 officejet pro l7590

    Hi all

is it possible to get a driver from microsoft server 2008 r2?

    Thanks for the reply.

    Tomba2001

    Hello tomba2001

There is no driver available for Server 2008, but what you might want to try is adding the printer through devices and printers.

    Follow the instructions below.

    1. open devices and printer
    2. click on add a printer
    3. click Add a local printer
    4. from the use existing port, select the USB option and then click Next
    5. click the button of Windows Update to get all the Server 2008 updated drivers
    6. once the update is complete. Click HP from the menu on the left, then select the printer Deskjet 990c in the right menu, and then click Next.
    7. follow the remaining instructions to complete the installation.

Once you have the printer added 990c make sure it is the default printer, and then try to print on your L7590 printer using this driver. I would like to know if you have the same problem?

  • HP Officejet Pro L7590 habit of scanning

That is the problem. I connected two desktops from HP L7590. A USB cable and the other through network. I have tried almost everything, but the solution Center still does not work. You can open it, but when you click the scan icon it displays an error 8, [(1.0,-2147221502)]. I downloaded the HP Web site manytimes drivers and it did not help. I could also say that when you open the solution Center, it shows the ink level and the icon of the document copy that is under the scan document icon disappeared. This isn't really the issue. I would like to is to analyze with both computers. It obviously won't. Island computer has windows 7 (64-bit).

Can someone help with this problem?

    Thanks in advance for advice.

    Hi Demir Luiz Osmanović,

HP has designed a quick and easy tool that diagnoses and solves many problems of printing, scanning and connectivity: The HP Print and Scan doctor. HP recommend you to download and install Print and scan doctor no matter what time you need to solve a problem with your HP printer from the link below.

  • OfficeJet Pro L7590 is a horizontal line of 1/2 "wide black

My Officejet Pro L7590 all-in-One and running on XP started putting a 1/2 "wide black horizontal line at the top of the page during the analysis, all the patches?  It was intermittent, but now this on every scan, and I tried cleaning and realign the heads but no change.

Couple of things to check here:

First of all, you also have the black line if you print from the computer? I'm guessing not, but he should ask.

    Second, try this:

Put a blank sheet of paper on the flat. Leave the lid open. Start a copy while watching the scanning light to move. It's moving at all with the lights off? It's strangely moving near each end?

  • OfficeJet Pro L7590 AIO - using ADF for scanning Photos stack

I've seen other posts along this line, but they have not answered my question.  I want to put a stack of photos in the ADF Document (CAD) and have them automatically scanned in separate JPG files.  I have not been able to get this working. Actually, I can't get the scan function to accept any document in the ADF.  I loaded an image in the ADF and click the scan button on the L7590 only whether scan the empty dish without pulling the photo.  I got the same result when I used the HP Solution Center software.   Seems like the L7590 should be able to do this... I just can't figure how to make it work.  I really don't want to load the dish with one or several photos at once.  One of the main reasons I bought the L7590 was to replace an old scanner with flat SCSI HP autonomous because she didn't have a document feeder.

PS - I know that the ADF works because I made copies of a document multi-page placed in the ADF.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

    Hey DexterM,

I solved my problem!  I think it was a pork/configuration installation/CPU issue.   I thought that my call to the HP support line a few days he's solved a unrecoverable Setup error (Error 1335 if you are interested), but given the other problems I saw, I decided to remove all the programs and re-install.  After copying the installer on my drive hard vs installation from the CD, I was able to go beyond the fatal mistake and seemed to all software installs successfully.

Then, after you fix pork CPU issue the HP solution Center Software ran quickly and I was able to set the parameters of configuration of scanner for the first time.

This allowed me to enter the help of scanner manual (the manual supplied with the scanner is very rudimentary) and I was able to get the correct configurations.  I then tested with 3 photos in the ADF and it worked - put each photo in its own file.  Woo Hoo!

Thanks for your help and I hope that this thread will help others - IT IS POSSIBLE to SCAN MULTIPLE PHOTOS INTO SEPARATE FILES VIA THE ADF!

  • OfficeJet Pro L7590 can print but not scan

My printer (Officejet Pro L7590) can print and copy correctly, but the scan function - that has worked well at the same time - has just up and stop working, and my attempts to solve the problem simply go round.

    • When I try to scan using the button start scan on the printer, I get an error message saying 'no scan options '.
    • When I try to open the solution Center, it is said that he cannot run because the installation is not complete.
    • Uninstalling and reinstalling the software (latest version, which is three years, downloaded from the HP website) do not work. The software seems to go through the process of installation very well, but crashes on the stage finish ("product configuration"). Eventually it times out.
    • Once in this case, the installer downloads a supposed solution of the HP Web site. He told me that it is fixing the problem and asks me to restart the computer, saying it will continue after the restart. After I restart, the procedure does not continue, and the problem is not fixed - all the behaviors I describe above are still occurring.
    • Also downloaded one file with other solutions supposed to this question. They do not work. For the most part, they are variations on "run the setup software again", preceded by various other measures. However, when I do this, it re-not installing - it is a completely different window, and if I try to go back to the installation procedure, he refuses, telling me the software is already installed. (And yet when I try to open the solution Center, he always tells me it is not installed.)
    • Tonight is the third time I tried to troubleshoot it. On three occasions, I just gave up in frustration after a few variations of the cover above.
    • I'm this end =><= to="" going="" all="" office="" space="" on="" this="" printer="" and="" getting="" a="" new="" one="" based="" on="" the="" abhp="" principle="" -="">Anything But HP.

I can't emphasize enough that it worked in the past and this basis still printing very well (with the exception of some strange problems with certain PDF files), but scanning has broken since my last round of hardware upgrades and refuses to be fixed.

It's incredibly frustrating. Someone just make it work with minimal BS, as he has done before.

I realize, this is a follow up very, very late, but apparently the problem has something to do with the 32-bit version of Windows 7 running. I recently installed the 64 bit version and now have no problem with any HP software.

Well, except that sometimes he asked my permission to do an update then fails to actually download the update (I get the same "could not connect to content url" error message that many others reported here).

Other than that, which is slightly annoying, but doesn't really affect what anyone, everything works fine now.

  • is my l7590 a digital fax?

I plan to Comcast phone service. It is a voip (I think) transmission. They tell me that I need a ' digital Fax "to the fax pages on their"service. Can someone tell me if my Office Jet Pro L7590 is 'digital '.

edh1964, I have an answer for you. If you get a phone service VoIP, you must use a digital filter on the line (often once your service provider will provide you with them). This digital filter does not guarantee that the transmission of fax will not be interrupted, but it gives him the best conditions for success.

This is because the fax technology is not designed to be used on an internet connection, but a traditional analog phone line. A digital filter can recreate similar requirements, but may not totally remove the packet loss that is possible.

There is another thing to consider, and that there is true 'digital fax' and this is possible thanks to the support of third parties such as eFax:

  • HP Officejet Pro L7590 printer automatic feeder no longer works

HP Officejet Pro L7590 (model: CB822A)

Is there a recommended HP repair Centre/store in my area that can fix? I'm in Bethesda, MD 20817.

    Thank you

    Hi @rustyblue

    Although HP has not one allows the repair facility that I can refer you to, I found 2 useful documents which would allow you to fix the problem yourself;

If the problem persists, you can take the printer to a dad and pop shop local, or perhaps call HP HP. could offer you a discount on a newer model.

If you are in the Canada or you can call 800-474-6836 Contact HP worldwide.

    I hope this helps.

  • HP OfficeJet Pro L7590 want to use wireless

I have a HP OfficeJet Pro L7590 (all-in-one) want to use wireless.

I have a laptop Apple Macbook (mine) and a laptop IBM thinkpad (from my company that I keep with me).

How can I use the wireless all-in-one with two laptops - what equipment do I need and where can I find it?

    Thank you

    Judy Uridge

You must have the wireless router if you want both a wireless connection. The printer has no built-in wireless so you need to connect to the router wireless using a LAN cable. And before you can do this, you must set up your own network first. You must call your router or your ISP factory to set up your own network of wireless configuration.

For more information on the configuration of the printer on the network, you can find this useful link.

When I open the center of solutions and click a drop down falls on the settings tab. There are settings of scanning and printing settings that work. When I move the mouse over the fax settings as there is nothing in the menu drop-down. I can't understand why. The last time I used it it was fine and it was a few months ago. • Unable to print black and white with no yellow ink L7590

I ran more ink at the weekend and got a new black ink cartridge. Unfortunately, I did not notice that I was also out of yellow ink. I desperately need to print regular black text, but the printer refuses because he is more yellow ink! I don't want print Yellow. Is it possible to disable this error message for a HP OfficeJet Pro L7590?

    Thank you.

Nevermind, I figured it. If you set the printer on the mode of manufacture, it ignores the ink levels. Sorted.
