If I start the laptop, there is nothing wrong, but as soon as I want to open a program, such as Microsoft Office, it takes about 2 to 3 minutes to open the program. It is not still load the program, he just opened the program. The same that I press the Windows Start button. He's stuck.

One of your startup items is badly behave. You can isolate that through a process of elimination. Do a clean boot, and then add the items one by one and restart. When it slows down you found.

Slow loading of Firefox and web pages.
I have Firefox Version 38.05 on Windows 7 and have refreshed, tried for a new cache.checked HTTP on the Add-ons and always have the same problems
The statement above about slow loading on my Firefox appears on my desktop, but not on my Windows 7 laptop. I tried all the solutions advocated, and so far nothing works. There is a possibility that some other programs may be in conflict with Firefox? This problem has been ongoing for several months and my patience is wearing thin. Any suggestions, corrections or advice? Thank youCreated a new profile and had the same problem, although I did not remove the original profile of news: today, I followed through and continued with the rest of the steps as indicated in the notice mentioned previously. Sorry, but it does not solve my problem.
As a last resort, I uninstalled my antivirus McAfee and lo and here's all my slow misfortunes with my browser have disappeared. I install another antivirus (AVG) and all browsers seem to work as it should!

Satellite Pro A40 - sound skips when loading programs
PC: Toshibe Satellite Pro A40
Sound card drivers: Soundmax integrated digital audioHello
When I bought my Toshiba Satellite Pro A40 my audio is not affected by loading programs and any other activities that could slow down my computer.
I had to resinstall windows a few months back when my HD crashed.
I reloaded all my drivers etc. and installed itunes.
When I play music or any audio I listen to jump seriously when loading programs or when processes are performed on my computer.
This used to be the case, I tried to change my settings from quicktime to run in safe mode, I even now deleted quicktime and itunes that I thought it was the source of the problems.
Nothing worked, my sound is still seriously affected when my processor is busy
I uninstalled, reinstalled my sound card drivers, but nothing has worked...
I would really appreciate it if you have all the settings I could change to stop this problem.
My voice through my microphone breaks a lot, so the people at the other end of a VOIP call can barely hear me... it's driving me crazy!

Satellite Pro U300 very slow opening programs
Hi all
I bought a Satellite Pro U300 in February 2008 and I only use it 3 - 4 times since then... It is very slow at the opening of the programs (I have only one statistical program installed) and Web pages and creates problems when I try to download other programs that have a different version of Windows Vista.
I really regretted buying this phone and I'm looking for someone to sell.Until I do, I was wondering if I could uninstall Windows Vista and install Windows XP for example, or do anything else that would make my phone fun to use.

Explorer 8 is really bad compared to 6. It CRASHES constantly, is very slow loading. If cela an inprovement, then you're in trouble. The difficulty of this piece of garbage!
Hello goodwrench70, welcome.
Internet Explorer 8, the conditions are correct, will run at normal speed. If the browser is slow or if it crashes, it could be a number of possibilities.
My suggestion would be to first try and launch IE8 in no add-on mode. This will allow us to see if maybe something 3 rd-party is causing the problem.
1. click on START
2. click on "programs".
3. click on "Accessories".
4. click on "system tools."
5. click on 'Internet Explorer 8 (no add-on).If the browser still runs slowly or crashes, you can place the machine in a clean boot state.
1. click on START
2 type "msconfig" (without the quotes) and press enter
3. go to the "Startup" tab and uncheck all the entries displayed
4. click on 'Apply' at the bottom right
5 restart your computerIf the browser still runs slowly or crashes, you can try using a different browser to see if the problem is systemic, or just with Internet Explorer. Search "Web Browser" in your search engine. There are a number available there.
If another browser to work properly, then I suggest to uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer 8. After the reinstallation, I go to Windows Update and download all the updates that are available for IE8.
Link reference for the manual uninstall IE8: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/957700
Hope this helps,
Thank you!

Any ideas why the Sansa Fuze + takes a long time to load? 5 hours for a full Charge?
Slow load time means that the usb port is off a small amount of power. If you are using a desktop pc, use a usb port back as the front are usually of low power. If you use a laptop, then plug the laptop power supply before you start to charge the player. For faster loading, use a usb adapter which is rated at 1 amp output (1 000 my). Most usb adapters only put my well of about 500.

laptop is slow at the point of being unusable
In short, my Dell Latitude E4310 laptop is slow at the point of being unusable. I am also unable to keep the Windows Defender service runs.
Last week I got a screen blue error (code c000021a), probably as a result of an update Windows misapplied. I was able to go back to a previous instance of Windows and apply the patches successfully.
Here is what I checked / done (not necessarily in that order).
- My BIOS is the most recent (A11) and BIOS diagnostics to come clean.
- Several analyses of virus & malware in safe mode came up clean.
- No problem in Windows Startup Repair.
- I ran a clean boot without result
The plan of power seems normal and I uninsalled (temporarily) all anti-virus & malware programs. - I ran disk cleanup and defragged the hard drive
- System, advanced, performance, is assigned to the properties 'adjust for best performance ".
- My performance index Windows scores range from 6.9 (processor) to 4.1 (graphics).
- Running a Windows system health report returns nothing.
- CHKDSK (right click on c:, properties, tools, error checking) did find and fix HARD drive errors. I would fix the CHKDSK and WININIT, newspapers but must be either in my or Admininstrator event logs.
- I ran SFC. EXE, three times, and each time check fails, then only reach 10%, indicating the following: "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."
The journal of SFC seems normal except for the following: 2012-09-07 22:30:28, Info CSI 00000023 [SR] could not check component of b10e9bd0c69db5027b503ea3749c28f3 files, Version = 6.1.7600.16820, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64 (9), the Culture neutral, VersionScope is 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, neutral, TypeName neutral, clear PublicKey is damaged (FALSE). I can't find a file or folder anywhwere on my system called "b10e9bd0c69db5027b503ea3749c28f3".
Another forum suggested a clean installation of the factory OEM of Windows. I would like confirmation or other ideas, because that doesn't seem to be a trivial process.
Thank you. -Mark

Microsoft Edge and IE slow loading of pages and unresponsive.
Original title: Microsoft Edge and IE
I give up trying to use Bing, Microsoft Edge and IE on my HP laptop. They are therefore extremely slow loading pages and unresponsive. I have to type in the search bar repeatedly until I have data entered. When I try to go up and down the page it has no answer for a long time. When I perform bing searches I get results that are not useful. I became totally frustrated, try to use your products. I don't have these problems using Google and Chrome. You have an idea why I'm not able to use your products?
I've turned off sticky keys and filter keys. I hope that ends my problem.
Thank you for your help.
I think my computer was somehow set up for users with disabilities with the settings in Control Panel to sticky keys and keys on filters. Now, they are disabled.

My iPad WiFi Air video very slow loading same 3 full bar signal
My iPad WiFi Air video very slow loading same 3 full bar signal... Any suggestion?
Should I send to AppleCare or upgrade to the latest version of iOS?
Yes, update to the latest version, 9.3.1. Also here are a few general suggestions for problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest you start at the top and down, maybe they'll help...
(1) perform a forced reboot: hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Leave the device to reboot.
(2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.
(3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth).
(4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4
(5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available.
(6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).
(7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.
(8) to restore the device (ask for more details if you wish).
https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT201252
(9) go to the Apple Store for the evaluation of the material.
