  Hello. I installed the updates last night. Woke up this morning to configure updates. Past stage 0 in step 3, and then is returned from stage 0 to stage 3.  Has been suspended in 100% of phase 3 now for at least 45 minutes. (I took a walk during that time, so don't know if it may be passed through the loop once.) Is it safe to turn off the computer and attempt to restart?
