Last screen family vista premium causes the update of death blue

I am currently under the 64-bit version of vista Home premium, SP 1.  It has worked wonderfully for the sixth month, until yesterday.  The automatic update downloaded 3 updates, I installed before stopping.  After rebooting, my computer allowed me to open a session, but windows was loading blue screen of death out and forced a restart.  This continued in a cycle until the System Restore tool kicks and restore an earlier version which as far as I know just deleted updates and now everything works fine.  Unfortunately, I wasn't able to write the error code, but I wonder if there are known incompatibilities in software in the updates.  Also, should I continue to update?

Thank you

    Hi emiquestion:

Long 'check for updates...' crashes and slow window updates are a currently a problem common to many users of Vista SP2 - please see the workaround suggested, I posted yesterday over BluesBlaster WINDOWS VISTA 32-BIT updates.

Note that it is a temporary workaround and updates slow Windows will probably return each Patch Tuesday (the second Tuesday of the month) after Microsoft also releases a new batch of updates to security for Vista SP2 and IE9.  Since September 2016 Patch Tuesday updates are published tomorrow (13-Sep-2016), it would be wise to wait a day or two to execute step-by-step instructions posted on June 16, 2016, in m #l's thread of updates does not, he has been looking for updates for hours and save yourself a bit of extra work this month.  Dalai normally updates its list of Windows kernel mode driver (Win32K.sys) implemented to date required the same evening that the Patch Tuesday, updates are published by Microsoftto the http://wu.krelay.de/en/ .

  • Family Vista premium must reinstall.

My family vista premium OS needs to be charged and I don't know how to do this on the internet without having to pay for a new. How can I download and use my old key?

How to get Vista recovery Media or the Vista recovery Partition on your computer back to factory settings.

There is no Vista free download legal available.

Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

Ask them if you can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

They will tell you how to do this.

Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

    Hello Joel

I heard that Toshiba will start notebook with Windows Vista at the end of January 2007. Perhaps the United Kingdom will be starts earlier (perhaps it is also a country, I put t know exactly).

  • Vista froze during the update...

I have Vista Home Premium on my laptop, and needed to update, which required a reboot. He started to update and froze on a black screen for about a minute... so I went to stop it manually (STUPID!). I turned it and then turn it on again, and it has continued to be updated. When placing updated, it restarted. When we turn it on again, it updated again and restarted again. Now this does not restart, updated, restart and update again. It is still ongoing. Any ideas?

Thank you for using the Microsoft Windows Vista Forums.

Since this problem you encounter began after that windows update, you can use the System Restore tool to return your computer to an earlier point in time.

First boot in safe MODE without FAILURE for these tasks

    1. Restart your computer if it is running.
    2. Press the F8 key after your computer powers initially.
    3. Once you see the menu Advanced Startup Options , you can stop tapping.
    4. Up/down arrow keys to highlight your selection.
    5. Select Safe Mode with network and press enter.
    6. You should see loading drivers and then Please wait.
    7. You should then be on the Welcome screen.

Connect to your computer using an account with administrator privileges.

The tool using System Restore may not necessarily help you determine the problem. When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

Before you start Please back up your data

To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start, type System Restore in the search box, and then click System Restore in the list programs. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    2. in the System Restore dialog box, click choose a different restore point, and then click on Next.

    3. in the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.

    4. click on finish.

    5. the computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.

Start your PC in normal mode

If it is a problem of update, the best way to solve this problem is to apply only updates one at a time to determine which updates is causing this problem.

Click on start-> all programs-> Windows Update, click on change settings in the left menu. Select download updates but let me choose whether to install them, click OK. When you are alerted to install a new update, in this window, click updates see, uncheck all updates and select one at a time, install it, restart your computer, test and update. Once you find the update either continue to ignore it, or look for it at http://support.microsoft.com/.

If please reply and let us know if your problem is resolved or if you need further assistance.

  • Win Vista freeze during the update?

OK, my husband try to install a Microsoft Update for Windows Vista. I'll explain what happened. He goes to open the Windows Explorer and it would not correctly shoot upward. It was just a white screen. He closed by force and tried again, but it still doesn't work. He decided to do a restart to help hopefully. When he went to restart, shut down Windows Update screen came and it says do not disconnect or turn off the computer, and it is installing update 1 of 1. It has been frozen there for the last hour. Any ideas?

The update is not installed successfully, you receive a message, and the computer restarts when you try to install an update in Windows Vista

  • BLUE SCREEN: UNABLE TO BOOT AFTER THE UPDATE OF ROUTINE WINDOWS XP

Today, I was asked to restart my computer for the updates be taken into account (not my choice seemed automatic).  When I went to turn my computer back on later, it went straight to the blue screen.

Therefore, Windows cannot restart once again! It stops at the blue screen with the following message:

A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

    Technical information:

    STOP: 0 X 0000005 (0XC0000005, 0X7D7FBB28, 0XF89203BC, 0XF89200B8).

Then, when I hit F8 and went through all the options (trying to get into safe mode), the blue screen just kept coming back and the last time, he had these codes:

    STOP: 0 x 0000005 (0 x 80000003, 0X8053355E, 0XF8A553BC, OXF8A550B8).

I tried all sorts of relaunch option namely mode security etc.  but all comes down to the blue screen.

    Thank you

    Hello

give him a little more time

If it continues like that and you must stop and restart problems, try the following steps to solve this:

1st thing to try would be a restoration of the system in safe mode

    http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm

    Windows Vista

    Using the F8 method:

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap theF8 key repeatedly until you are presented with theBoot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
    3. Select the Safe Mode option with the arrow keys.
    4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
    5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
    6. Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

If that does not read this information

the link below is how to download and get a vista disk startup repair, which you can start from the

    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/

Here's how to use startup repair system restore command prompt, etc. to bleepingcomputers link below

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial148.html

to boot from the dvd drive to be able to you will see a way to get into the bios Setup at the bottom of the screen or command menu start

  • Windows Vista, suspended from the update

Hello. I installed the updates last night. Woke up this morning to configure updates. Past stage 0 in step 3, and then is returned from stage 0 to stage 3.  Has been suspended in 100% of phase 3 now for at least 45 minutes. (I took a walk during that time, so don't know if it may be passed through the loop once.) Is it safe to turn off the computer and attempt to restart? The update process takes about 2 hours until this morning, not to mention the update before I go to bed last night.

Sorry, I can't provide because I can't access my PC to check their.

Ok. A took a risk and restarted (via the power button / stop) in safe mode, and then rebooted normally and it worked.
