product # is B3S32EA

How can I find the part number of this LCD?

I found this site web http://screensurgeons.mybigcommerce.com/hp-pavilion-g7-laptop-lcd-screen/

$89 HP Pavilion G7 laptop LCD screen, they claim it fits all models Pavilion G7, can it be true?

Thank you

I understand that you want to check the part number for the LCD screen.

Can be found in the following guide part numbers for components in the G7 series notebooks.

http://h10032.www1.HP.com/CTG/manual/c03315557.PDF

It is important to note that the guide is for all models in the G7 series, while some components do not necessarily match your exact system. However, a note regarding the parts which are not universal.

Page 55 details screens the LCD that are available. In this case, it seems that there is a single LCD Panel used in this series. The part number should be 682755-001.  I don't see the actual part number listed on this site.  You can contact them before ordering to verify that it corresponds to the part number.

  • HP Pavilion Slimline s5-1414 connection LCD monitor & projector problem

I bought a HP Pavilion Slimline s5-1414 with Windows 8, for my church, which came standard with 2 DVI ports. I attach a LCD monitor to 1 Port and a projector to another. Start the computer and both screens remained blank. I disconnect me the projector, restart the computer and the monitor running normally. I then connect the projector in the other port and it works as expected. However, when I restart the poster blank rest until I have do as above. I also reset the BIOS to the default settings, and both screen and projector came fine. Yet once, when I restarted, same problem. I manually set the resolution for both devices. Problem remains - every time that I reboot, displays may not run until I disconnect the projector, reboot, and after successful reboot, reconnect the projector. Any suggestions?

Thank you for running these tests and getting back to me. I think that it is prudent to exclude at this stage of material. I have two options for you to try.

I would like you to reinstall the graphics driver.

Press the Windows key + Q to bring up the search

    Type 'unit'

    Click on Device Manager

    Expand graphics cards

    Double-click Intel

Click the driver tab and click the uninstall

    Restart the computer

Windows will automatically detect the missing driver and reinstall it on reboot. Once you are in the start screen of Windows, shutdown, connect two screens (a screen and a projector or two monitors, anyway) the computer turn on and I would like to know what the results are.

I would also try both screens set before to turn on/off mode safe. You may need to press and hold the ESC key lighting to get the option come up, instead of SHIFT F8 as set out in section. Take a look at this article to get the procedure start mode safe. Let me know what you find

  • HP Pavilion G7-2022US: no backlight on the LCD of the G7-2022US screen, but the video can be seen on external monitor

I'm trying to fix the HP Pavilion G7-2022US laptop from a friend, the number of product B4Z74UA.  The laptop starts in Windows 7, but the screen is dark even during the BIOS or by MAIL.

    Symptoms:
Laptop turns on but the LCD screen stays dark (during the POST and when Windows loads)
With the help of a flashlight on the display shows that the video is present but the backlight does not work
The video can be seen on an external display connected via VGA cable

    What I've done so far:
Installed a new LCD screen cable
    Installed a new LCD screen
    Update BIOS
    Updated graphic driver
check that the lid close switch works (small magnet under the screen that signals the motherboard to turn off display when the lid is closed)
Static discharge by keeping the button depressed with battery and power adapter disconnected
Checked if RAM could be bad

I tried all the solutions above, but the screen remains dark.  The only way to use the laptop is to connect it to an external monitor.  I disassembled the laptop together and there is no inverter part to replace.

I don't know what else to do.  Any suggestions?

I finally found the culprit.  A circuit of (possibly a fuse mounted on surface) on the motherboard next to the display cable connector is visibly burned.  The circuit is too damaged to solder and close the connection.

The smartest thing is to remove the old Panel before you buy a new. The part number of the manufacturer (Samsung, LG, etc) screen down from the back of the Panel and make sure that you understand how it connects and then store the Panel-based and not by part number of the manufacturer of the laptop. You will have a wider choice of products and you'll be sure of the compatibility and maybe even save a buck or two. Panels of the screen are a part of the product and the same panels will be used in many models of laptop by several manufacturers. If you really understand what you're doing you can use any display of the same type of resolution and the connection, but you must make sure that all the plugs are the same.

N ° reference numbers are different which means that they are not the same point. See the image below. The pieces on the left are for the dv9700 series and on the right for the dv600 series.

  • Pavilion dv7-4285dx: cannot BOOT/POST/VGA external and internal LCD is dead (cracked)

I cracked the screen of my HP Pavilion dv7-4285dx so bad that I can't read anything on the subject. I'm trying to start to an external monitor to the VGA port, but never to get a signal.

I tried the key switch monitor, but that does nothing. I tried to unplug the LCD internal of the motherboard - not different. I tried a CMOS reset by removing the laptop battery, remove the CMOS battery, cut the power and hold the power button / stop for > 1 minute, then by restarting with external LCD just attached, but STILL no video on the VGA port.

The video card is OK, because it starts with Windows and then I have the video on the external monitor.

Although it is good that I can use the monitor to post once Windows starts, I need to have the video when the BIOS starts to change.

Does anyone have another suggestion how I can get the BIOS to detect and display external VGA at boot time?

    @MtBaez,

Hello and thanks for the display on the HP support forums.  The only way you can cover or run 3 monitors must have special equipment when dealing with a laptop.  There is nothing that we support, but you can search google on what is needed to do this.  It will also take special software.

    I hope this helps.

  • How can I fix lines horizontal randomly and glitter for the LCD screens for HP Pavilion dv5 Vista?

How can I correct random lines horizontal and glitter for the LCD screens for windows vista HP Pavilion dv5? Only, it happens randomly and can get all a few minutes at a time every few hours. The entire screen white and black and horizontal lines will appear during the flickering on the half top of the screen only. Nothing else changes. My sound is immutable, and none of my screens change the size or location. However, they may appear up and down during the flashing. Can someone give me an idea of what is wrong? I looked on Google for possible corrections, but most of them seem to be for refresh rate and I don't have a notch for this and can't change it according to the steps they offer.

Read my initial response on what it takes to please.

    "See if this helps you:

These lines indicate corruption graphics driver or lack of graphic material.

Go to the HP Web site > Search a drivers and download article > search your laptop model number > your operating system > drivers for it: either video / graphic / Chipset (according to the wording it) > download and install the drivers.

    http://WWW8.HP.com/us/en/support-drivers.html

If that fixed it, it seems to me be a problem of graphic material.

Because it's a laptop; If under warranty, contact HP.

If is not under warranty, contact a repair shop, local. »

    See you soon.

I begin troubleshooting on a Pavilion dv6915nr, when you press the power button power LED, battery LED, the fan turns to the top, and light on the switch panel. the HARD disk LED flashes, no post beeps and a black LCD screen. I replace the motherboard and still have the same question. I tried to do a reset of the power (hard reset). still no change in the system. I pulled two DIMMS and received "no beeps memory" at the station. I get no video on internal LCD or external monitor. I swapped the LCD inverter with a well known ups and still no change in the system. I have not a spare known good LCD display for Exchange and test functionality. I wonder if the LCD panel itself is dead or if the new systemboard is degraded or DOA.

It was a design and engineering question which was never resolved by HP, this is what a person was doing to solve it, add a heatsink in copper between the chip and factory HP sinks, re - solder the chip if necessary.

  • PAVILION A6504UK (FK508AA) BLACK SCREEN on HP w1907v LCD MONITOR

My A6504UK is 2 years old, has built-in integrated graphics Nvidia GeForce 6150 SE nForce 430 and I use the HP w1907v LCD wide screen monitor.

Recently, the monitor was flashing to a black screen and then return to the Windows form, showing what I did previously.

This flashing lasts for about 10 seconds and is intermittent, there is absolutely no reason or warning to what happens.

There seems to be no breakdown in the quality of the screen, but I struggled to install the Nvidia drivers for 1440 x 900 native resolution. When the driver is installed, it does not always show the native resolution from the list of choices.

By pressing the button Auto / Select on the monitor makes no difference either.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate and it's a complete installation after the PC has been returned to factory Vista settings.

Can someone give me a hint as to if it is the monitor or the integrated graphics card (more likely)?

I can install a separate graphics card and disable the onboard easily graph?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Question of likely monitor, less likely a video card problem. Can be confirmed with another monitor if you have an or try this monitor on another system. Installing a video card will automatically disable the onboard video.

    Hello

    I have a 15-p053np Pavilion and a card Wi-fi/bt RTL8723BE 1 x 1, I want to replace it with a better card, but I can't find a service manual.

also, I see a model like mine, but with a Full HD screen and want to know if it is also compatible.

I replaced internal 500 gb HDD with a SSD 120 GB and I do not use the dvd player, if I buy an internal basket and replace it with the 500 GB hard drive, it's going to work?

    Hello:

Here is the link to the page of user guides for your laptop model series, which includes the maintenance manual.

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-15-P000-notebook-PC-series/6936226/model/7174371/manuals

As your model has an AMD processor and chipset, you cannot replace the existing wireless card with a processor Intel, one.

There are too many cards Intel does not not on models with AMD hardware.

My recommendation, if you want a card dual band N Wireless with bluetooth, would be to get the Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11abgn 2 × 2 adapter Wi - Fi, Broadcom Bluetooth4.0 adapter - part # 730668-001 HP

You can get the generic card cheaper on Amazon than recovering from HP.

I can't answer your other questions.
