  After copy of project and re-Assembly, I fell into a large number of problems. LabVIEW is suspended, MAX crio error, no communication to my cRIO-9074, etc.

  It looks that your VI using the NI Scan Engine Advanced IO access API (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/8071)

  This component is not installed by default, you must add it as you have formatted your cRIO.

  The excerpt below if the link above with installation instructions document:

  «Support for the API to access IO advance must be installed on the objective of the measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX).» Expand the target under remote, devices right click on softwareand select Add/Remove programs. Select custom software installation and install the component called NI Scan Engine Advanced IO access 1.0. »

  The dll is properly referenced in VS2008 project references and file exists in the specified location.  Don't just open.  It is a problem of execution - app built without errors or warnings.

  This is probably because your project is configured to target AnyCPU and not x 86 (Measurement Studio assembled currently only support the x 86 platform).  See the help topic using Measurement Studio on 64-bit operating systems for more information.

• I can't reinstall firefox, I get the error 'Could not load profile' and not a solution I found works. / Appdata/roaming/mozilla folder is not accessible.

  I'm on Win7 64 bit. Initially, I uninstalled because a program has changed my page of the new tab to something unwanted and I literally had no way to change this back. Now, every time I reinstall, I get the error "cannot load the profile, it may be missing or unreachable", and I can't create a new profile. Whenever I try to any method of opening the profile editor, I get the error 'Could not load profile' then too. I can't access the folder in/appdata/roaming/mozilla at all. It is said it is accessable and access is denied, and tries to remove it tells me I have not permission (even if I'm the admin). No other difficulty I saw worked. Can someone help, please?

  I couldn't see the wording of the filename exactly as you pointed out, but I ended up doing a file search "*.ini" on my hard drive, which resulted in 359 files found. then I scanned down the column name and entered a "configuration settings" file simply named "profiles" in the folder: C:\Documents and Data Data\Mozilla\Firefox

  I deleted it and opened my Firefox browser! I lost all my favorites, history, etc., but this isn't the end of the world.

  No, the disc can t be downloaded because it s not for free.

  You can start in safe mode?

  In the worst case operating system is confusing to the top and you have to reinstall Windows, but so you can take the Toshiba Recovery disk that will restore your notebook back to factory with all the drivers and tools of Toshiba.
