  Start in safe mode by pressing f8 when you start your PC.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press return.  Once charged, try to change the area by car.  If it still does not work, try the procedure but with another another DVD zone 2 under Windows can be picky about what it accepts.  If it works, just restart your PC and Windows does not start normally.

• Try installing acrobat.  Entered the redemption Code and it says that the purchase has not been activated.  Best buy said it has and even included the serial number on the receipt to use for activation.  Still does not work

  try installing acrobat.  I bought it at Best Buy.  The reception contains a serial number enabled to use when configuring the software. I walked into this and it says invalid series.  Because Adobe also gives me a redemption inside the packaging code to receive a serial number online, I tried this and it also says inactive redemption code.  I called Best Buy and they say that it has been activated on their end and the issue needs to be addressed with ADOBE.

• I can not enter the pairing code (0000) of my headset bluetooth in windows 7

  I'm trying to connect a headset bluetooth with windows 7.  However, Windows 7 gives me a 6 digit code for pairing while the headset of pre-assigned pairing code is 0000. I tried to contact the manufacturer (in China) but without success. I also tried the Microsoft online help, but it does not show me how to enter the code for pairing manually. Here's what he said

  "Some wireless devices come with their own pairing code (sometimes called PIN or password). You may be asked to enter this code when pair you the device with your computer. Windows tries to select the best pairing method for your device and give you instructions that often include a pairing code.
