  Just make sure that the license is no longer in use on the old computer. Go to install on the new computer and reactivate it by phone:

  You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time.   Family Adobe CS6 software is the programs available only from Adobe that you can pay a one off fee for BUT his is no longer supported by Adobe-no longer updated etc.
