  Just make sure that the license is no longer in use on the old computer. Go to install on the new computer and reactivate it by phone:

  Please download the LWS CS4 and then enter the serial number.

  I received a license for teaching of PS CS4 for a long time, I installed in my old computer running Mac OS x 10.6. Now I change computer, running Mac OS x 10.8. I tried to install my license in my new computer, without having put off in my old computer, but I had to cancel the installation, because it took Adobe Air. When I entered the license to the user in setting up setup, all went well. After you have installed Adobe Air, I tried to install the license in my new computer, but I didn't have the choice to install PS CS4. Then I disabled my license from my first computer and I tried again, but no option, install or uninstall is available on the setup of the establishment.

  I wonder if this problem is the consequence of not disabled my license from my first computer or unable to transfer a license from teaching between computers.
