Licensing issue?

Hi all

Please I need help, I bought Lightroom 4.0 several months ago and that you have registered the product via the serial number and everything worked very well.

After I registered the product my other half has decided to buy the cloud which, at the same time, we stopped.

Finally, I am able to take pictures again and I wanted to use Lightroom, but the section developing is blocked for me to use in saying that I need a subscription or need to register the product. I have been through chat sessions, and no one can help me. Is someone here who can give me he advise so that I can use Lightroom again?

Kind regards

AP

If the section developing is blocked, it's because you're using a version of creative cloud of Lightroom, which does not allow to develop pictures now that your subscription to creative cloud is over.

you use Lightroom 4. If it is still installed on your computer, you must find the appropriate for Lightroom 4 icon and double-click on this icon. If she is no longer installed, you will need to re - install 4 LR and use.

    You use the Enterprise Dashboard?

    If so

    1. ensure that they use the correct ID type. So if they have been added to the dashboard with Enterprise or federated ID to ensure they do not use the Adobe ID or vice versa.

    2. bring to sign out and sign back in to check their eligibility.

    3. If the problem persists, then try this:

I had Illustrator CS5 installed on 2 machines (1 license). A machine that crashed, obviously before, I managed to uninstall officially. Did I meet licensing issues when I go to re - install on a new machine?

Yes, you are noit be able to activate the new installation until you disable the one you had.  Uninstallation is not necessary but disabling is.  You can contact Adobe support using cat and they can manage the deactivation of inaccessible installation.

  • Audio and licensing issues

I recorded a clip long using Sony PMW - EX1 in SD on location 1 hour and 50 minutes, exported the m2t format on external hard drive file, then imported to the pre Pro CS3 on my computer for editing.  I loaded the clip in the timeline to start to change and the first 30 minutes of audio played normally, then it started during the early.  The last 30 minutes. the audio was lost.  1 hours and 50 minutes video was normal.  There is nothing wrong with the clip-it normally plays in Nero Show and plays normally in place.  Has happened to me before and I Redid the clip and everything was fine.  This cannot be redone. .

I tried to do a new preferences file No. aid.  I then reinstalled Pre Pro-aucune help.  I tried to reload the clip several times-no help.  I reinstalled Pre Pro new-oops-now my license has stopped working.  I tried several times to phone support, and I tried the web support.  Phone support said they'd call me back - they do not have.  Web site offered for download and following the steps of an article of its base of knowledge (KB401528).  I did and it did not work.  When I went back to article the message says that this article does not exist.  Now, there is a problem with the site that will not let me submit the messages they disappear and are not received.  It seems that all modes of communication with technical support are blocked.

I'm really frustrated with Adobe Support.  I see a letter explaining there are problems with tech support-not a joke.  Anyone out there have any suggestions?  It is a commercial project with very quickly approaching - any suggestions would be appreciated.  First issue is license issue resolved because Pre Pro will not open.  Also need to fix audio problem.  Thanks - Dorian

The audio problem is weird. Perhaps it is caused by the lack of space on your C: drive, but he is just guessing. Make sure to leave enough time PR conform the audio before you start editing.

  • vSphere 4.1 5 upgrade and licensing issues

I currently have two server PowerEdge 2900. They each have two processors to 4 cores of each and 24 GB of RAM. Each server has a license in advance of vSphere 4 for 2 physical processors (1-12 cores). I also have vCenter 4 Foundation installed and licensed.

I am looking to buy a new PowerEdge 620 with 2 processors, 8 cores each, and 128 GB of RAM.

I want to do the following.

    1) upgrade the vCenter 4 to 5 license. Upgrade 2 CPUs with a value of 4 advance to 5 Enterprise vSphere vSphere licenses.

    2) update my installation of vCenter vCenter 4 5.

    (3) install ESXi 5 on new server PowerEdge 620.

    (4) migrate all virtual machines (guests) to a PowerEdge 2900 server to the new server 620.

    (5) Server Decomission the 2900 now blank.

    (6) keep the other server 2900 HA around and the low priority. VMs (I'm undecided as to whether I should upgrade to ESXi 5 on this one).

Changes to licenses of 4 to 5 seems like a maze, but according to my calculations, 2 processors of licence 4 set to upgrade to 5, should give me enough for 2 CPUs and 128 GB of vRAM on the 620. It's my first time going through an upgrade like this, so I was hoping that someone with more experience could weigh in on this plan. I'm completely missing something, and he will be missed horribly? Any extra info / advice is appreciated.

    Thank you

... it is said that the old license get deactivated after the new ones are issued...

Don't worry about this. Only old license on the portal keys will be disabled when you upgrade the key to v5. There is no license on your systems check, which will disable the host or vCenter Server.

    André

PS: Although there is no verification of the license, it is your responsibility to ensure that the old and the new licenses are not used simultaneously. It would be a violation of the EULA.

  • Licensing issue? I need to replace the default motherboard with a 'Detail' education Vista Ultimate Upgrade on top of XP "OEM." Can legitimately transfer my license everywhere and how?

I am currently a computer on which I already installed XP OEM and upgraded to the edition upgrade Vista Ultimate retailers through the ultimate steal Microsoft.

    [Reminder]

The problem I have is that I've recently updated my graphics card to a card of Nvidia 7300GS card Nvidia GT240 on which my motherboard was properly assessed. However, due to some unfortunate circumstances (I dunno if it's associated graphics or an electrical surge problem, I suspect the latter as the card is fine) my PCI Express slot is fried! This resulted in the motherboard being unable to start any card in the PCI Express slot and gives a series of BIOS beep error codes. I even dug my old graphics (7300GS) and he was still unable to boot. Accordingly, I need to replace the motherboard for the PCI Express slot works if I use a graphics card.

    [Problem]

Since the license Vista Retail Upgrade that I use currently is the edition of 'detail', can I simply change my motherboard everything and turn it back on, or is it more complex because it is installed on the high XP OEM that is bound to the default motherboard? What are my options?

I have to buy another XP OEM license and reinstall everything from scratch? What happens if I didn't reinstall and just changed the motherboard and drivers updated my current installation? Is - is this legitimate?

As I understand it, the Windows for OEM license allows a person replace a motherboard of 'default' (GA-M55plus-S3G in my case) for a replacement under certain conditions, mainly as for everything. Am I entitled to it? If so, what motherboard would be I can replace by although it is considered an upgrade? I have in mind an ASUS M4A78L-M as it is cheap and comes with connectors female jack audio 8 channels on the backplate was on my old motherboard.

My main confusion is to know what license applies to me because of the upgrade process, retail of Vista or XP OEM? Upgrades medium I improve my driver's license?

I would like to solve this problem without canceling my licenst but just don't know how?

Thank you very much for any help or advice.

It's an automatic response, or a person actually answered? License Rep must respond to your e-mail. They would be able to rehost the license for you.

  • On 10.5 PLM after DRS licensing issues

Shortly after upgrading to 10.5 CUCM, we made a DRS Recovery, after doing the recovery that no licenses work. I see the .bin file which shows yet all the licenses, but they don't show up as installed under license use.

Tips or advice would be great, please note, we run a system offline.

When you have restored, also rebuild the virtual machine ON THAT PLM is hosted? If so, was the old address MAC defined as static, as recommended, if yes, then make sure that the new virtual machine uses the same MAC, if not the old VM is removed and you can not see what MAC has been that you need Cisco rehost the license for you.

  • licensing issues when Re-imaging without a repositary?

We have an ACS 1121 5.1, so far unused running.

Now, we need to use it, from scratch.  But before that, I'd like to upgrade to the plus version and 5.3

It is not connected to a network yet.  Also, I can't configure any remote repositary.

If I recreate the boot from an image DVD burned with the acs_v5.3.0.40.iso, without any backup or something else, will I run into problems of license?  I get a fully functional ACS again?

    Thank you!

    Yes,

The license will be saved if you perform a backup. Remember when you restore, you must restore the backup via cli if you decide to reimage to 5.3, and then restore the 5.1 database if you use this method.

    http://www.Cisco.com/en/us/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_system/5.3/installation/guide/csacs_upg.html#wp1194934

Be sure to install the latest patch (4 or 5) to restore the database, which is one of the last steps mentioned in the guide but must be done before the restoration.

    Good luck!

  • Windows 7 upgrade of Windows 8 (license issue)

I've updated from Windows 7 to Windows 8 using the upgrade package (download version). I would like to install the Windows 7 OS on another PC, that aloud?

Thank you both for your quick responses. The Windows 7 operating system is a commercial version. Yes, as far as I understand. If I had to re - install the Windows at some point, I need the operating system Windows 7 first, before I can upgrade to Windows 8.

Well, that depends, if you were to format the drive, Yes, you will need to reinstall Windows 7 first then repeat the upgrade to Windows 8.

You can reinstall Windows 8 using the following method if:

    · Press the Windows key + i on your keyboard to show the charms (if you use a touch screen: touch the right edge of your screen and drag your finger to the left)

    · Click settings

    · Click change PC settings

    · Click general in the left column

    · In virtue remove all and reinstall Windows, click Start

Then follow instructions that will be provided on the screen to reinstall Windows on your PC.

It would also mean I could install the upgrade of Windows 8 on another machine if I wanted to and then just leave the other PC with operating system Windows 7 above.

    That is right.

Reason being, is that my colleague does not fit on Windows 8 so maybe in the future I re - install Windows 7 on my PC of colleagues and use the upgrade of Windows 8 (hoping that I can not download this again since the MS Store) on my Lap Top that I would use.

As long as the license of Windows 7 is re-installed, you are free to transfer the Windows 8 upgrade elsewhere. You can always reinstall it by returning to the reception of your e-mail when you made your purchase or:

Go to the order summary page, you can find your product key:

    https://www.mswos.com/

You can download it from there and use your product key to upgrade:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-GB/Windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only

Is also accepted, or is the upgrade license tied to the machine on which I originally upgraded Windows 8?

No, as long as the license of Windows 8 is removed from the machine, you can transfer it to another machine.
