I tried rolling back my GPU drivers, but no dice. Any advice on how to fix it?   I see this effect during video playback.  Mobile dots are more pronounced with mid - grey tones.

  Rarely see a few stray clusters of white pixels on screen in any of the video areas.

  Would appreciate any suggestions to solve.

  This problem has been successfully resolved by HP nearly 12 months ago.  There is nothing wrong with my monitor is.

  It's a graphics card from Nvidia to the wrong address.  I was satisfiled with my HP and support products.

  What video player are these videos for help - Windows Media Player, Flash, QuickTime, etc. ?  And what version of this player are you using?  Can you upload the video to your computer and play?  That would tell you a lot if you can download it, save to your computer and play offline.
  That you get error messages when your computer crashes?
  Rather than pull the plug on your computer, have you tried to do ctrl + alt + delete and check to see which application is not answer and then end the task?  Or check the processes to see which process is using 100 percent of your resources and put an end to this process?  Or even by using the Task Manager to restart your computer?  Pulling the plug isn't a good idea.  Your computer's reset button it?

  Try doing a clean boot and see that if the same thing happens, it will tell you if a third party process is interfering or cause a conflict.

  drive and copy / paste the .mov files into a folder on your
  hard drive.

  I would like to get information on how to properly clean my HP Envy 14 laptop fans, number of product B4B14UA #ABA. I tried to use boxes of air through the ventilation openings, but I'm able to accomplish turns too fast the fans. I'm unable to remove dust. It is a laptop I've owned for about 2 years.

  I suspect that the fans/vents are blocked because the winds blow warm air and the base of the laptop is almost too painful to sit on my legs. The upper part of the keyboard runs hot along the strip of aluminum above the function keys.

  Although the use of the battery for several hours, now it takes an hour, running minimum settings due to the heat. In addition, while playing video, the computer will freeze and cause the video to stutter occasionally. I tried a computer laptop cooling pad, but it doesn't seem to be the problem.

  So, in summary, I would like to know whether or not to clean my laptop fans would void its warranty (if it still exists) and whether or not fans of cleaning would be possible for a layman.

  You have a few ongoing issues.

  A system is damaged and must be reinstalled. The hard drive is probably fine, however the data on the hard drive (OS) are not. Run the system recovery and recover your computer in a State of system costs.

  If you were not backup your data, it can be lost.

  What you need to do if you were not backup your data is to remove the hard drive of the computer and add it as a slave on another computer disc. Copy all the important files on the hard drive and save them elsewhere temporarily until you can reinstall the operating system on the HARD drive.
