  I have a problem with the internet, not loading pages, internet options opens, very slow computer and the gel to the top. I uninstalled IE and reinstalled.   If the Startup load item is grayed out, the startup group has been customized at any given time. Click on the Startup tab above and save the startup checkees items

  Due to virus I had to rebuild PC using the RECOVERY partition on hard drive. All windows updates have been applied to date (August 2011). Before the virus problem (July 2011) WAS able TO SELECT THE "MASTERED" OPTION WHEN YOU are GOING to USE WINDOWS TO BURN a VIRGIN DVD + r. NEW once AGAIN, this WORKED BEFORE, NOW THE MASTER OPTION IS GRAYED OUT.  I have a brand new DVD + R blank and tried several of them thinking it was the disk (I've used this same brand (magnavox) DVD + R 4 years now never this problem of the "controlled" option is grayed out.) I use the same DVD burner which came with the PC and it allowed me to select the option "Mastered" last month (July 2011). I am using Windows HomePrem 32-bit OS (originial system that came with PC and this allowed me to select the mastered option last month. I applied all the updates Win at present. I have no other problems with the PC. Once again, driving the nail: this WORKED BEFORE, last month on the exact same hardware and the software/OS (Juillet2011), then why this option appears GRAYED out now?  This question has been asked before and 'experts' simply stressed totally USELESS MS pages showing how to select either under control or direct - I DO NOT NEED THIS HELP as I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO SELECT either option and what each is for.   Only the sight of songs using the drop-down list located at the top right of the playlist. CTRL + click all empty the box to check, or ctrl-click on a square filled twice. This will ensure that all tracks are checked and enabled for synchronization or shuffle playback.

  When the program has worked in the past and does not now reset preferences are often a step to try first.  Detailed instructions are in the FAQ on the main page of the forum.  Basically, hold down the CTRL, alt + shift keys and run Photoshop.  If done correctly, you will get a window reset, click Yes.

  Not clear why change the monitor profile would change CS2 behavior, except for how the color is presented.

  Somehow my recovery partition is damaged, so I use the recovery disk that I created when I bought the computer.

  I used the disc to start the computer and after loading files and everything on the menu of Recovery Manager "System Recovery" is grayed out.  Note that I have not changed any hardware on the computer.

  You did do the right thing. But you created a Win 7 recovery disk, not the game of HP recovery disks.

  You can switch to Win own 10.

  You will need the product key Microsoft of the COA sticker attached to the frame of your PC of 25 characters.

  Do a clean install of win 10 If you do not know the product key of Windows 7 on the certificate of authenticity.

  Win 7 PC sometimes have problems updating to Win 10.

  I really think you should get support from HP Win 7 recovery. If the Win 10 upgrade fails you can always return Win 7 If you have a Win 7 HP recovery media.

  Yesterday, I tried to downgrade my iPad Mini 2 (128 GB) of 9.3 to 9.2 of iOS in DFU mode. Before that, I backed up my iPad in iTunes. After decommissioning, apparently all of my 3rd party apps have been wiped out, and that left me with a huge 'other' part of the use of the iPad. So I decided to reset the iPad and erase everything. I noticed that after the reset, the iOS returned to 9.2.1.

  When I plugged the iPad to my computer later, and tried to restore the backup, I got the message "the backup cannot be restored for iPad because the software is too old". In addition, in the iTunes iPad summary page, the button "restore backup... "is grayed out.

  I guess it's because I backed up my iPad to iOS 9.3, and now it's 9.2.1. But y at - it another way to restore backup of iTunes? Or do I have to update to 9.3 first? iOS 9.3 is currently unavailable (last week it was, however).

  You cannot restore a more recent iOS backup on a device that has an older iOS. You have saved when running iOS 9.3 and your device is now in 9.2.1. You must update the device until backup, you can ise. Unfortunately, as you know, the update is no longer available. Apple shoot because there were significant problems.

• Elite x 2: Pen Input - Option grayed out on Windows 10

  I bought a new elite x 2 with Windows 10 Pro. The tablet includes a pen for direct entry. The pen works well for drawing and writing in OneNote, but the handwriting recognition does not seem to work.

  First of all (and especially), when I bring the on-screen keyboard and select entry options, the option for the Panel of handwriting recognition to enter text using the pen is "grayed out" and can not be selected. All other on-screen keyboard options work fine. Secondly, I think that there should be an option "convert to text" in OneNote to allow me to select the handwritten text and get OneNote to convert to writing. This option seems to be missing - I guess for the same reason that I can't select inking in Windows.

  It's frustrating because inking was one of the reasons why I chose this tablet. Can someone tell me if there is anything else I need to do, or what could be wrong?

  I don't really know why the selection of pen Layout is grayed out.

  The only thing I could think is maybe to check the language pack that is installed.

  I use the English of the United States and his work on my X 2 spectrum that corresponds to your Elitepad.

  Settings/time & language/region & language/languages - add a language

  and see what the default is set to.

  If its already on English (United States), go to the options and see what keyboard is installed. It would be us QWERTY and not something else.

  My guess is that if another language is loaded, handwritting recognition may not available.

  The system recovery option means that it seems to be corruption or another problem with the score of recoveryt.

  As is the case, then you would use the recovery (USB or a game disc) media, you have already created to perform the recovery.

• Why my screen saver settings are grayed out

  On one user on my PC, I am unable to change the screen saver activation time of 10 minutes.  The box 'on CV.... ' is also unavailable.  Under XP it was only grayed out when the screen saver says 'None '.
