Load cod Opera mini 4 in 8320 Simulator

Hi all

I downloaded the file to cod opera mini 4. I try to install cod file using the file-> load Java program Simulator gives it can not find the file operette$ $2dhifi 2dine.debug.

I selected "don't ask again".

When I opened opera mini 4 application then it gives ClassNotFoundException

class name is com.jblend.util.Case.

Help, please!

Issues related to the:

(1) how to install a blackberry Simulator cod file

(2) assistance for above mention question about the debug file

It seems as if this file and a few others might be there for devices that implement certain other characteristics. I could continue through all the errors and that he can actually open and operate. The Simulator will stop on a large number of errors that will not stop a real functioning device.

  • When you use Device.device.os, it throws error #1079: native methods are not allowed in the loaded code.

    Hi all

When I tried to use the Device.device.OS to get the string from the bone. It is compiled smoothly. But it throws error when the application started on my desk.

Error #1079: Native methods are not allowed in the loaded code.

It does not error in the emulator, but he did not get the chain of the OS.

Someone knows how to use the device class? Is it still not currently supported?

    Thank you very much!

Error #1079: Native methods are not allowed in the loaded code.

This error is thrown on the desktop because your qnx - air.swc is probably in the process of fusion as code instead of being tied to your project as external. The reason who need to be external is that it contains classes that exist in the execution of AIR in the Simulator and not in the AIR runtime on your desktop. The device classes use the custom air extensions we wrote to get the properties of the device.

If you want just the operating system, you can also use the Capabilities.os, which is a standard API Flash Player and does not require the use of custom extensions.

My guess on why it does not work on the device thus is that the qnx - air.swc is not defined externally. Return to externally set and run it in the Simulator.

    Hope that helps

  • BlackBerry 9550 smartphones - cannot load the operating system and a re-boot loop

Sorry if this is going to be a long post.

I've been running OS 428 and a hybrid (428 based) since it was leaked without a hitch. 2 weeks ago, my 9550 rebooted on its own with a JVM ERROR 534 (I think it's the code because the screen just turned white with the error message and then rebooted on its own). He never started up properly then. The boot process dates back to about 3/4 of the way then the FMV of error appears again then re - start. A batt pull does not help.

I wiped and loaded (loader.exe) operating system but when loading cod, it will again restart (reboot occurs when email.cod is loading). Tried several times and never loaded properly. I tried a load OS 428 right and it went well. When it is started successfully, I wiped the device and loaded the hybrid that I used before and everything was fine. When filtered 451, I upgraded and everything is fine - for a week!

He has just restarted on its own again. I think with the same JVM error code! I'm unable to load the operating system using loader.exe. I even tried the "loader.exe /nojvm" switch does not. I wiped with Jl_cmdr or BBSAK, still no go. I then used DM BB. I loaded OS 320 and loaded correctly. Then I wiped and loaded the OS. It is not load or when it loads successfully, the JVM error still appears 3/4 of the way of the boot process.

So when I load OS 320, it will load fine even after a battery pull. If I use OS 428 or 451 (both narrowed via Shrink-a-BONE), JVM error no longer appears when using the device or during the startup process. Don't forget not that previously I was using either straight (shrunken) 428 or 451 and a hybrid with no problems.

I decided to try a derelict OS 451 and used the "Platform.alx" of OS 320 file. It works so far! Pulled the battery about 4 - 5 times already and loaded all my apps and no JVM error for about 2 days. I tried right OS 320 and he also re - will start on its own several times a day.

It looks like completely wipe the device using BBSAK, Jl_cmdr and DM BB do not really completely clear the device.

What could have caused the reboots and error JVM?

EDIT: I tried to wipe the device using the erase option in the security options. The status bar has reached 100% and then restarting the device, the FMV of error pops up again and my 9550 goes back to a continuous process of reboot (even pulled the battery).

EDIT: I tried the command line "javaloade.exe usb - cloth" to wipe the device and the OS loaded (using loader.exe /nojvm) very well. In the end, shippers said "updated successfully". The unit restarted and about 3/4 of the way - another jvm error! I removed the battery and wait a few minutes before re - insert and is currently the starting now... Will update what's going to happen...

EDIT: Yes! It finally starts. Will try an another battery pull... 1/4 of the way in which the boot process - another JVM error! Pulled the battery and restart... Error JVM still about 50% in the boot process.

EDIT: Can't get any OS to load using 'loader.exe' or 'loader.exe /nojvm. It stops during email.cod loading, then restarts. I was able to load OS 320 well via BB DM. problem is when I click on Options, error: "error starting net_rimm_bb_options_app: symbol KeywordFilteredScreen.» KeyChar "not found" is my watered device? Help, please. Thank you!

EDIT: I tried to load the operating system by:

    -remove the battery.

    -Connect to the PC.

    -Command prompt: command /nojvm loader.exe

-When it says connection to the device and the battery with a red 'X' icon is displayed, I re - insert the battery.

-The operating system loads very well but are unable to properly start like 3/4 of the progress bar startup occurs an error in the JVM and then reboot again. Help!

--> Was able to start properly after a second reboot not forced. Will try a battery pull... JVM error again... Will allow it to boot on his own w/o a battery pull...  Error JVM... Removed the battery, re - insert... Error JVM... allowed to start on its own... Error JVM!... I remove the battery and reinsert after 5 minutes... JVM error yet... What is it recharges without end?

Just had my 9550's replaced and all of the good mother!

  • Satellite A300-288 does not load the operating system

    Hello everyone.

Today I turned on my laptop A300 and does not load the operating system. In other words, Toshiba logo appears, the message "Press F2 to enter SETUP", but not in continuity with the boot. Yesterday it worked and did not update the BIOS or something else.

Someone has an idea? I deleted a both SDRAM and vice versa, to check that the problem wasn't RAM, but no. There is no beep. LED touch 'NumLock' and other, power on and off when I have impulses, so the keyboard responding but by pressing F2 or F12 does nothing.

Thank you very much for your help.

Start your laptop with F8 and test if you can start the operating system in safe mode.

I would return it starts normally.

This sounds like the BIOS failed in a different startup command, or
you have a USB key that tries to start and failed (for what is obvious
    reason!)
-Make sure you have nothing plugged in USB ports except your
    Mouse keyboard &, if necessary.
    then try a cold start
If it works, then plug your USB stuff one at a time, each reboot
time - see that it causes.

If it doesn't, then check the Boot in the BIOS order - to ensure that
the CD and HD are the first two devices (up to you that who!) and who
Activate you the option "other devices balance"if it's there. "

    See if that cures it.

  • Changing default browser to blackBerry Smartphones for Opera Mini

I would like to change my default browser for Opera mini. Even if Opera has been installed on my BB months ago I can't change it.  I get to the default browser option, but then can't see opera as a choice to change.  There are no choices for change.

    Thanks for any help!

    Debbie

    graygrannyonate,

This is not possible unfortunately. I use Opera Mini as well and because it is a 3rd party software it can be integrated with the rest of applications that are developed by RIM.

  • Trouble of the blackBerry Smartphones Opera Mini on 8100...

A week ago, I downloaded Opera Mini for internet access easier and faster. It was working fine (with a minor problem involving having to click twice things about 40% of the time) until this morning. I went to another site that has forums, which I am a member and tried to put something. I never access these forums from my BB before, only my laptop. When I tried to send, there is no box to write my message. There was a place for a title and all the other regular features that can be found on most of the forums, but nowhere to write! I thought it must be something wrong with the site, but when I went to using the usual browser it was quite normal! However, access it this way, it is incredibly slow and tedious. So, my question is this: what is my BB, Opera Mini or the site itself that is responsible for? Is it possible to fix it? Thank you.

The only things I have different, is change the Protocol to the socket and uncheck the mobile view. Press menu, and select Save. Mobile view is terrible.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones do I need for Opera Mini

or can I remove it?  I don't like because someone put it on my phone.  The browser has never worked great for me, I click and nothing happens.  It is as if it does not record that I'm clicking.  In any case, I thought it was good before, but put Mini Op made Pépin, I think.

Hi and welcome to the forums!

    No you don't need it.

It is a program of additional browser to your normal Blackberry browser.

Go to options/applications. Let the generation of application table, then scroll down to

Opera mini and highlight it, then click the menu key and select Remove.

I suggest a battery pull after the removal of any application.

    Thank you

    Bifocals

No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.

Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.
    Thank you

  • BlackBerry Smartphones, Opera Mini Pros and Cons?

    Hi all!

I've been a BlackBerry user for only a short time, but now I wonder how I ever did without it!

I did some research on the evolution of browsers and from what I can understand Opera is the best of the compatible

browsers are available for the BlackBerry platform.

I now wonder if Opera would be much of an improvement over the OEM browser.

I'm collecting ideas on the use of it against the browser provider OEM of the mass. I should be able to restore it back to the original configuration if I don't... like the opera, but if there is a valid reason to not download at least, I wouldn't feel and look stupid

    Kind regards

    Wayne Thomas

Wayne, just download and install Opera Mini and see what you really the thing.

In addition, it is not a choice of stock or Opera Mini browser like you, even so dearly loved OM, you don't want to remove the stock browser since it is the default browser on the device (Incidentally, without spins, you can even remove the stock browser).

Many people prefer OM, for the best presentation of the web page.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones AppWorld 'Search' cannot find Google Maps or Opera Mini?

Think about a feature request, I guess. Currently when you are looking for some of the most common applications such as Google Maps and Opera Mini, you get completely insane results. I don't know if it's the ranking that is broken, or if the application does not only exist, but it is unacceptable.

    RIM - y address!

And don't tell me "it's not our fault - developers must submit their applications to us." If this is the case currently, RIM should certainly complement these developer comments w / consumer applications.

Does anyone else have the same experience with other mainstream applications?

Hello and welcome to the Forums!

With regard to your hope that RIM will see your message - these forums are a chain of support to users, not a conduct of user-to-RIM. Therefore, it is unlikely they will see what you wrote. However, if you have specific and constructive ideas for them, I heard they accept this by e-mail to [email protected].

    Good luck!
