Locking the computer does not

The option lock the computer disappeared from my screen CTRL + ALT + DELETE, and the Windows + L keyboard shortcut no longer works to lock my computer!  I tried the methods described in these pages...
http://www.SevenForums.com/tutorials/63008-CTRL-ALT-DEL-screen-add-remove-lock-computer.html
http://www.howtogeek.com/HOWTO/Windows-Vista/disableenable-Lock-Workstation-functionality-Windows-l/
.. .but nothing seems to work! Help, please! I use Windows 7 Professional, 32-bit with connection to the domain. Any other ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

I solved this by using the system restore.

Troubleshooting this would entail now manually install a fix from Microsoft at the same time, restart and test the features you lost before - BY PATCH.

There is no more it wasn't a single patch from Microsoft (you'll get through them all, without ill effect) or you will find one that has the problem.

the computer does not update the version of Itunes 12.3

If your version of Mac OS X 10.6.8 (as shown in your profile information), the latest version of iTunes (12.3.2) requires OS X 10.8.5 or later version.  If an OS X update is required if you run iTunes 12.3.  Your specific model of MacBook Pro determines the supported versions of OS X.

If you select about this Mac from the Apple menu, click more information, the "model identifier" would help to identify your MacBook Pro model.

  • When the Admin sign on the office comes to the top, but after that the computer does not respond when the user tries to do anything. There are actually turns off the computer with the power button.

    Original title: user profile

My administrator user profile does not work properly, but I have a user profile that has activated the parental control that worked well for about a year and yesterday when this user logs on the desktop comes up, but after that the computer does not respond when that user tries to do anything. There are actually turns off the computer with the power button.  I ran a virus scan and spyware scan in my user admin profile and he has not found anything.  I don't know what to check.

    Hello rhunter15,

There may be a program to interfere with Parental controls so that we can try a few things to see if we can determine the application or program that is causing problems.

First of all, we run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt file system.

    • Click Start
    • Click on all programs
    • Click Accessories, and then right-click on the command prompt.
    • Select the Security tab and choose "Run as Administrator"
    • Click on command prompt
    • Type SFC/scannow.

It will scan and repair any damaged operating system files.

To determine if there is a program because of a conflict, we recommend that you perform a "clean boot" of the computer. A clean boot is designed to disable programs and services in the background as much as possible. This helps determine which service or program can be the cause of the problem.  For more information about how to perform a clean boot for troubleshooting, click the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.

KB 929135 - how to solve a problem of performaing a clean boot in Windows Vista.
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Once you have finished the clean boot, check again and see if you get the error of parental control.

If please post again and let us know if that helped pinpoint the problem or if you still need help.

    Thank you

Microsoft did not your hardware - done HP.

All support for it - regardless of your operating system - is the manufacturer of the equipment.

  • Compaq 6200 PRO MT: Makes the computer does not start after upgrade CPU

I have the HP Compaq 6200 PRO PC of MT 615114-001 motherboard and processor Intel Celeron CPU (LGA 1155). After I changed the CPU for Intel Core i5 (LGA 1155) computer does not start. He begins a minute (less than one second) and stops again. No beeps. After you have installed the Celeron back everything works fine. i5 CPU is brand new. What can be?

In my previous post, I explained the reason it has not worked, and listed the CPU that will work.

HP tests CPU in the laboratory and publishes a list of processors that will work in a notebook.

Notebook motherboard BIOS has a list of processors that will work. If it is installed, which is not encoded as OK in the BIOS ROM file, then this will not work.

Processors published (in the maintenance guide & Service for your nttebook series model) are available in models that can be deilvered in State CTO (configured to order).
