• lost my adobe creative cloud. only the logo to the left on my home screen on my PC

• Creative cloud does not load... I see that logo at the top.

  It's really frustrating. I nog another Installer (other than flash/pdf) Adobe programs. IM on PC (HP ZBook). Tried to re - install, update flash, reboot etc. a hundred times.   New application Cloud Creative unusable: it is empty!

  WIN 7 and 8 (64-bit):

  • OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
  • Restart the browser
  • Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
  • Connect using Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.

  You can try this:

  Please rename OOBE OOBEE. OLD folder from the following location

  location in the window C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

  location in Mac: library > .application support > Adobe > OOBE

  After you rename the folder OOBE please uninstall creative cloud Adobe tool cleaning and re-installed the product of www.creative.adobe.com/apps

  PS: Please uninstall creative connection cloud if you see in the cleaning tool.

  As the discusson above also mentions the renamimg, please disable the firewall of the system & network & then try again.

• I'm doing a round logo that simulates the shape of a cloud

  So I start with a 12 sides vector star and using the effect > special > I try around the outside corners so that they appear as rounded corners a bit cartoonish cloud. But in doing so, it rounds up the corneds inside too, reproducing a sort of form of bottle cap. How can I get around it off only the outside corners? Please answer! Thank you

  You try to do something like that? I used a circle and the effect of bloating. First, add additional anchor points in the circle.

• I bought Adobe Photo and managed to install the App. It shows a black screen Uni without options below the cloud creative logo. Any help?

  I started talking to someone earlier and had to leave before they could help me a lot. I tried to open another cat, and he repeats to me restart my browser, even though I have several times. They said they would leave it as an open ticket, but I can't find any ticket system to respond or interact with.

  My problem has been resolved - I logged on via a different browser adobe support to return to support cat. With their advisor, I had to do a right click on the desktop select "configure switchable graphics" and assign them to "power saving mode" and it worked. When I restarted Adobe CC it worked.

• DeskJet 2545: DeskJet 2545 Google Cloud Print

  I am having major problems trying to get my new DeskJet 2545 with Google Cloud Print configuration.  From what I can find online, it seems that it can not support it yet.  The only reason why I bought this model is because it says here on the "Google Cloud Print Ready" box with the small logo.  Someone at - it suggestions?   I really want to set up as a conventional printer on another computer because who really don't make things easier if I must always keep my other laptop open and connected simply to print.

  Hello.

  The start screen is determined by the deployment of the application profile settings. To replace the default splash screen, you will need to produce a series of files PNG of different sizes and pixel density. The real needs of these files are explained in this section of the documentation of the MAF: http://docs.oracle.com/middleware/maf210/mobile/develop-maf/maf-deploying.htm#ADFMF927

  Once you have produced the images, simply copy you them to the appropriate resources from the application folder, subfolder and select in the "Images of the Application" section of the profile of the deployment, as shown here.

• Change the assets of the library within the program without affecting cloud related files

  I use creative cloud under Mac OS x, and all programs are up to date. I have a two part question.

  1. is there a way to edit a library asset in an Adobe program without affecting the linked file cloud? If so, how?

  2. If it is not possible to do it, what is the best practice to edit a library resource without affecting the linked file? Do I have to include the file in the document? Create a new asset with the adjusted attributes and use this asset?

  As an example of what I'm trying to do, I have a logo in a creative clouds library that I use in an Illustrator document. The asset is black, I want to make the Pantone color blue of the company within the Illustrator, however it won't let me change locally. It seems that I have to open the file in the library, adjust it, save it and use that asset. However, I do not want this asset related to change of color in all other documents I used it. So, what I did is to save an asset separate cloud with the logo like this color. This seems unnecessary and unsustainable. Whenever I have a variant of a cloud asset should not require save me a new version of it for this specific use. My library will get crowded, fast.

  If it is not part of the works the library assets, in my opinion, it should be. Be able to adjust an asset at the local level, even if it's a range a minimum of settings without changing the attributes of the linked file, seems to be obvious.

  Ah, that's useful. I had not tried. At least it's easier than opening assets and by copying and pasting from there. Thank you for your response.

  I wish that it was possible to change the appearance of a related assets without changing the assets in the cloud. This way if something has changed on the assets 'overall' it could be changed and reflected in each document, all keeping this attribute "local." This feature cannot currently? I just want to make sure I'm not missing something.

• Creative Desktop Cloud application does not open: showing a spinning wheel of progress.

  I have a creative cloud account. When I look at, if there is no update, I click on the creative cloud software and the CC logo comes on the top iMac to the right page. The dialog box turns on, the wheel turns but not signing in.

  Adobe support center solution:

  For iMac Yasomite only

  1 top of the page to search right: click Activity Monitor > memory > delete all files open adobe (with the logo of adobe).

  2. on you Finder: click go > go to folder > type after ^ / library/application support of > remove only 2 files called AAMUpdater & OOBE.

  3. sign in to your web account adobe & re - install creative cloud.

  Once you connect, it will synchronize your software and display all available updates.

  There we go...

• CC logo is grayed out

  I use a Mac computer with the latest updates installed OS. For some reason the CC logo is grayed out. When I click on it, displays a white screen. Would appreciate any help

  First, close your office cc application.

  then, rename the opm.db file by:

  Navigate to the OOBE folder.

  Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

  and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example

  Finally, launch your cc desktop application.
