  According to the MacVirt.vmdk folder, you have the right number of segments of shared disk so you should be able to create a new VM by pointing to the disc in the new VM Wizard by pointing to the MacVirt.vmdk file.

• Time Machine hangs on the Application file that I deleted

  Hello:

  I'm doing a new installation on my parents computer because Flash Player was completely broken somehow. I can't uninstall or update.

  This isn't my problem right away well. Their backup disk was on his last breath so that I had to get a new and Time Machine hangs first various office applications, which I excluded, now it's of iDVD. I tried that it excludes everything first, but Time Machine has always tried to save. Given that my parents don't use it and it is no longer supported then I thought to uninstall. • Time Machine does not work after update of the Sierra

  The time function machine my Mackbook Air 2011 stopped working... it has not been saved since update for Sierra, it only take screenshots every hour, it will perform a backup is no longer on my external HD as before.

  There is no problem with the way it is implemented or the hard drive, it's me that my iMac is working perfectly since the update for Sierra and it's backup via the time machine on the same hard disk.

  Update:-just so you know, time machine is to find the back up ok drive (external hard drive), it then goes to "preparing backup" and that's all, he remains in this preparation save the scene for centuries, after a while it just stops and it is saved all... nothing!

  I have delete my backup TM drive and started a new initial backup. It is 30 GB (of ~ 80) during the last 14 hours, but now is stuck and says: 13 remaining hours.

  I use a normal disk external HARD USB 3.0 for backups.

• Need help | Time Machine: An external drive to an another external backup

  I have two external drives connected to my Mini.

  1. Elementary school: a 4 to format ExFat (because it must be compatible; he must remain this Windows format).  Currently, it is half full.

  Don't allow TM to do a new backup... it's essential... you must first pick up these files...

  No chance you can do a full restore to a new location. It's pretty simple to do... but the wizard configuration rather than migration.
