  So I'm working on a LT desire that has been upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10 recently and it is this message on the login screen "the device is not connected to the computer. Insert the authentication device. We can't identify what it means or what needs to be done to clear the screen. The user States that the fingerprints of impression of BIO sensor doesn't seem to work either. I looked in the Device Manager, and I see a Synaptics PS sensors (WBF) listed here and is properly installed. I even updated the driver of sensor ep on the support site of the desire, and we still see on the login screen.

  Seems to have been resolved in re - install the software HP Simple pass then go and reconfigure the settings. Message no longer appears on 10. User LT installed with 7 however. Best decision.

  I get this error from a specialized device that uses a usb/network card connection built-in.  It is with windows 7 Home premium.  Now I know that the source of the driver.  It is the latest driver and labeled for use with Vista.  I need to override this security check, so I can use this equipment.  It is an integral part with me a living. It is likely absolutrly nothing wrong with the driver.  I downloaded from many sites without modification.  This equipment worked well under Vista.

  I found the answer by looking for other sites, it's probably here somewhere as well.  Restart the computer.  During restart, press "F8".  Select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in the start menu.  This fixed the problem of driver in my case.

  The configuration above worked well with authentication sessions 'show' of the switch showing dot1x as the method to the field of DATA and mab for VOICE. I decided to reverse the order of authentication/priority on the interface of the switch so that the phone would be authenticated first by mab.   Have you tried to have the config in the following way:

   authentication order mab dot1x authentication priority dot1x mab

  This "order" will tell the switchport always start with mab , but the keyword 'priority' will allow the switchport to accept the authentications of dot1x to dot1x devices.

  When I connect to the VPN from iPad/iPhone using certificates, I always get the message:

  No reliable VPN server! AnyConnect is unable to verify the identity of XXXX. Do you want to continue?

  After the confirmation message, I am connected, but the server certificate is not stored to the certification AnyConnect store and message always appears when I connect to the VPN again. I would like to get rid of this message.

  I had the installed Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.0.0.9231 on iPad/iPhone version and activated authentication via certificates. I got the certificate installed on the client side and also on SAA and configured with authentication metod certificate profile. I installed the CA certificate that issued the certificate of the ASA in my iPad/iPhone.

  I understand your question. Unfortunately at this point it is not possible, as the ASA does not support this feature. A software bug was opened to solve, but it is not ETA for the fix.

• Trying to run MS Word (and excel etc) I get error message "Microsoft office home and student 2010 is unable to verify the license for this product...".

  Buy a laptop computer with already installed microsoft 18 months ago. Use the activation key, thought everything was ok but recentley I was getting messages error and cannot find the original activation key. Bought a new 'family pack' office home and student 2010 pack (with disk). Loaded package but error message came back tellingme to remove all microsoft and re - load. Followed by the present instruction, now when I open MS word (or Excel etc) I get the error msg ' microsoft office home & student 2010 can not verify the license for this product. " You will need to repair the office program by using the control panel.

  Can someone explain how I can do this?

• For the authentication provider configuration error

  I tried for the life of me to get a new device from vro to register with my field of vcenter/sso. I have an external CSP and trying to do the vSphere mode. I tried both pointing to my PSC which seems to me the good option and vcenter himself. When I click on connect, I immediately get an error of returned HTTP 400 State. You can see the full error in the attached screenshot. Someone at - it ideas?

  

  I was able to push wrong that this problem still today. API calls to register with the PSC, where never making it out of the appliance of vRO. It was the tool of eggs during the deployment does not meet the /etc/resolve.conf virtual machine file. Once I edited the file and add an entry for server names manually, I was able to configure the authentication provider. It is interesting because all other configurations of the virtual machine network properly taken into account by the deployment tool. Once I get some free time I'll deploy another vm and take a look and see if the same problem arises.

  Hi Sasha,.

  I saw this question in a few places. I always look at what is the cause and I try to grab a Wireshark dump during execution of the agent pre-upgrade check tool.

  From what I see, there are two files being pushed down to/tmp/vmware-root/ha-agentmgr, but their content does not seem to be correct.

  What version of ESX/ESXi do you have? (Build number would be good to know)
