  All of a sudden I lost my app to start screen in windows 8 (like skydriver, video camera, new + etc.). How can I was able to access it, how can I solve this problem.

  Looks like what it you logged on with a temporary profile.  There are a lot of reasons, this can happen on Windows NT operating systems and has been seen with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 now.  Usually, it's a database of corrupt registry called NTUSER.dat file that could not be loaded (or took too long to load and make the default system to a temporary copy).

  There are a few advanced methods, you can use to try to fix the profile, and these methods are discussed here.  However, I really recommend trying the following instead.  It will take much less time, be less difficult and in most cases, more reliable.
  • Reset
    You probably already have, but just make sure you give a shot of this. Sometimes a block process to install your profile be read and you will get connected to a temporary profile, but a reboot will fix it. It's worth a try.
  • Try the system restore
    System Restore takes regular backups of the key system and registry files and keeps these. You can use the system restore to 'go back' to a previous backup.  The best part is that this restoration will not affect your files or images - it only restores system files.  I recommend trying this first.

    From your home screen, type rstrui (search results will be displayed as you begin to type).  Click on the result of the research.  You will be guided through a few steps when you choose a date/time, you know that your computer was working properly, then the restore process will restart your computer at this time here.  If the problem is not resolved, you can choose another date or cancel entirely.  This is why this is by far the best first step.

  • Make a new profile
    In Control Panel, add a new user account on your computer.  Then the connection, open C:\users and drag-and - drop your files into the new profile.  Then you can (or after a few days, when you are sure that you don't need anything bad profile), you can just delete it.

  I had Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (I think as CS6) on my computer for some time, until autumn last when my computer crashed and I lost everything. I have no idea where are the original series box numbers and I currently live abroad. Is it possible to restore these apps or I have to buy again?

  My phone Z2 is 5.1.1. An app to the SD card stopped when the initiate and the SD card has been declared as corrupt (although later development in form not display any errors). Corrupt external applications have been refilled without problems, but where can I find mobisystems.office, navigon.navigator_select_sony_eu and sonyericsson.trackid com com com applications?

• BlackBerry smartphones updated my OS but lost App World and all of my current applications. Torch 9810. Help, please.

  I plugged my lamp to my laptop and the desktop software told me that there was an OS update (version 7.0 bundle 2406 v7.0.0.585 platform 5.0.0734). I thought fair enough - probably extra security, etc. on the new version so I advanced and loaded after doing a full backup.

  This delete all my contacts, media, app world and all the applications that I had downloaded. I did a restore but then put it back into place all my contacts and the media, app world and all applications seem to have disappeared, and I can't seem to get them or even to make global icon reappear.

  Help, please.

  Well, RIM develops upgrades of the OS, your mobile operator "put out there" for you to upgrade.

  And there are many warnings rich to do upgrades of the OS without first accomplishing your own backup device independent... but this is not serious now.

  1. Anywho, do... go into Options > device > Applications, search AppWorld on your list and IF it is, delete it.
  2. Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.
  3. Now, use your browser to go to the www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install AppWorld again.

  You can always reinstall applications that were purchased in the shop Windows.

  Open the store and make sure that you are connected with your Store account (press the Windows key + I, then select your account).

  On the desktop, right-click and select your applications on the top toolbar.

  In the Drop Down Menu, select applications.

  In the results, click on each application that you want to reinstall and click the icon to install the toolbar at the bottom.

  Once Windows gets updated, apps that have been installed from DVD and Internet sites are deleted. Get reinstalled the applications provided with your PC and applications that you have installed the Windows store. Windows puts a list of apps removed on your desktop after you refresh your PC.

  I had my computer Windows 8 restored and so I lost all my programs installed. I downloaded Creative Cloud desktop in order to install my lost Apps (Photoshop and InDesign), but it says updated and the possibility of installing two applications are not there. I tried to update the applications, but seen how they both not installed in my system, an error always shows.

  How to download Photoshop and InDesign again? I have a subscription to creative cloud.

• Perfroming Refresh on Windows-related question

  I bought a Sony Vaio with Windows 8 and upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit for free via the Microsoft Web site. After being infected and removal of malware some tiles no longer function.  If I update my windows without affecting your files, it will be Windows 8 that understand.    Can I switch to Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit again like I did when I bought my pc for free?  Once the update occurs and purchased apps are lost, can I restore my lost apps already purchased?

  You upgrade to Windows 8.1 in the same way that you did initially. As to reinstall all the removed Apps the answer is Yes. In the future avoid having to upgrade to 8.1 Windows after a refresh by doing a custom Refresh Image.
