Lost my Illustrator CC, but I'm still paying for it!

I pay for Adobe Illustrator CC for windows, but I had a problem with my computer and had to do a complete reinstall. Now I can not find any record in my account that I have Illustrator, but payments are still coming from my account! The only option to download I get a free trial but I pay for version complete.
Help someone can help me!

Why am I still paying for software that I don't HAVE?
I would like to know why? I had already paid for the use of rental of Flash ONLY for ONE YEAR, but not for long. I never even downloaded the new Animate CC version. I REFUSE to download its latest version or reinstall any old version of the Flash software.
I have repeatedly tried to UNSUBSCRIBE, but Adobe won't let me. I did EVERYTHING as instructed by Adobe, but they are always sending me round in loops. I answered questions and have always come back to square one.

Guys please help me because I think that its just ridiculous what im paying for free tests for the moment. To be honest, adobe should know that my subscription is over, so they should stop taking the money on my account. I went to my Bank and they said you need to talk to adobe. I get say error message "an error has caused Photoshop to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is not available "." I got no notification. My old Photoshop CS5 works fine, but as I pay for CC2014 I would use it. I tried to rename the "sniffer" to "snifferold" as bobmiller4002 has suggested, but the problem is not resolved. Lightroom works fine.
Update your driver from the website of the manufacturer of the GPU video card to pick up the bug fixes that you are missing...

I tried using the portal of support on the Adobe Web site to relieve my problem, but unfortunately I'm leads nowhere or just repeat the same steps over and over again.
In June of this year, I had a subscription Adobe Creative cloud that was to expire, so I cancelled it after that payment was made just to make sure and everything seemed fine, however, I did not check my emails for a few weeks and I noticed that another payment in July was released for the subscription, I had simply cancelled one month before. When checking through my emails that I wrote clearly one who said my account had been changed to paid in fr., so I don't know why my account has been changed to the time where I went clear through the cancellation procedure?
I have a lot of time to mess with it, but I tried the support portal that explains that I must go to the management page that shows my active subscription plans, but when I click on the link 'Cancel the Plan', it shows just a pop up of a link to the support portal.
Having already didn't talk on the forum, that I was greeted by a response to what I said just above, so I answered with a screenshot of the message that is displayed when you try to cancel, no answer was given after that, and it was a month ago.
And yet another payment died this month after an automatic email is sent when no funds available to pay for this subscription by indicating that you are sad to see me go and if I don't want to renew I don't have to do something more.
I just have my subscription cancelled permanently? And what can be done on the funds that have been made to pay for it? Given that... Well, I do not want to be a Subscriber and did not since June of this year?

On three or four years, I bought this kid game app. Later I deleted it after a few months. Now I want to reinstall it on my device (the same machine I downloaded the original app). Without changing my username / password, I see now that there are prices of the app on the App Store. Therefore, it seems that I have to pay to get this app to our days.
