• GUI display in 2504 WLC on 8.3.102.0 problems and communication issues

  I had to take two of my WLC 2504 version 8.3.102.0 code to support the APs news with domain B. The WLC came with 7.6 which is postponed, so I tried both versions of ED last 8.2 and 8.3, but then the GUI is almost unusable. I can only reliable get in on the CLI but users at this location use the graphical interface of surveillance. Are there changes in the settings of browser required for the GUI work reliably?

  It's a problem with only a few of our controllers running 8.0 or 8.2. In general, I use Firefox like Chrome has this issue with me. IE and Edge seems to works fine too, but prefer Firefox. Any code your race to be honest. We always can understand this except to refresh the browser.  I run 8.3 at home and I have not touched any GUI question still.

• GPIB-USB-HS and USB-8451 communication issues - appearing only in VISA

  I recently started a new job and have had communication problems between my adapter GPIB-USB-HS, my VISA or MAX-Labview and USB-8451 I2C/SPI interface.  I installed LabView to 32 bits, OR-488. 2, the driver for the 8451 on my windows desktop and VISA 16.0 7.

  In the windows Device Manager, the 8451 appears as a device USB of NI-VISA and Gbspecifications FOR-USB-HS presents itself as a GPIB Interface of NOR.  Two of these instruments are recognized NI Max so but communication Gbspecifications FOR add-in adapter (and connected instruments) fails and he can't find the instruments and the self-test fails with a hardware error unknown gpib (-37052).  The watch also neither device VISA Interactive Control.

  The ready light is lit on the GPIB-USB adapter and the 8451 flashes green as if nothing is wrong at the end.  I uninstalled all the software of NOR and reinstalled, and I run MAX as an administrator.  Is there possibly some computer settings I could neglect or need to change to open a communication?  Any other ideas on why I can't communicate with devices?

  I'm starting to get a little frustrated not to be able to evaluate the beta version of vSAN.

  I registered my company e-mail account as soon as I heard it was available.  I received an email inviting me to the community. From the beginning, I assumed that everyone was waiting like me for the download of provision and then I learn from a VMware employee at a conference I should have access already.  Attempts to use the e-mail link to the community never show that I'm "not allowed" so I sent to the mailbox of Bishop community for assistance.

  No word back within 5 days or more since then, but I got a repeat of the original welcome e-mail today telling me that the download is available and everything I need to do is to use a registered community login (the one against whom I've already signed one off WARNING etc.)

  I'm always told that I am not authorized to access the community.

• Camera Raw 5.5 does not install?  And button camera calibration issue.

  I just built a new computer with 7 PRO and installed all my software. When it comes time to install raw 5.5 it goes in half way through and told me to cut the deck.  As far as I know the bridge window and the program are disabled and not running.  I have same unpined it out of the taskbar.

  In CS4 when opening a Raw file and I spend my botton of camera calibration there are only two options that arise, 3.3 and 4.4 Arc. Where are all the other options to?  They come with the 5.5 update?  Thanks Keig

  It is not connected to the taskbar icon. Look in the Task Manager under the process and runs, kill him.

  You are still able to read on the 6th read-only? If yes then probably the target USE responds slowly to this command or it sends too much unnecessary data that are read by the 5 first readings. (depends on your reading algorithm).

  Playback vi must be written such that it will be in a loop (with some time out) until it gets the required data. The expiration time should be configurable.

  Also before sending the order you must ensure that the buffer is empty (rinsed).

  In this case, the recovery of this event can be ignored as mentioned in the last answer. You need IME to pull events.  It isn't causing any trouble.

   As we know IDM cannot pull events from the IPS/AIP directly and we will need IME for that, so if the events were not polled for an amount of time (default of 300 for yellow status) and (default of 600 sec for RED), the event status will change colors. So it's either Event Retrieval is enabled and the IME is not installed, hence no events are being polled, then this error can be ignored and the event polling can be disabled safely (un-check the Event Retrieval checkbox), OR the IME is not operating as it should and there might be communication issue between the device and the IME.

• NSX - Ping issues between DLR and edge gateway on the network of public transport

  I have deployed an NSX in a POC environment and have a few weird questions. I sent a distributed router (DLR) with 2 internal interfaces (related to the segments of NW app & web) and an uplink interface connected to a network of transit (192.168.10.0/29). I have also deployed a gateway of Edge services with an internal link connected to the same interface of transit (192.168.10.0/29) and an interface of uplink connected to the outside world.

  The question is, when I PuTTY on the Edge service gateway and ping interface uplink of the DLR using sound transit (192.168.10.2) network ip address, I do not get a response. The firewall is configured to accept all traffic on the DLR and the edge.

  Someone at - it ideas? Note that the DLR has been configured default gateway pointing to the IP of the gateway of the Edge on the network of public transport (as is the only North DLR connection)
