Mac Bookpro - renew your subscription

I had to renew my subscription with adobe creative cloud. Now I can't open my photoshop on my Macbookpro. I try to open photoshop, but then he says this (screenshot of what ahppens below) I don't know what to do to make it work again?

I have a bought copy and saved to Illustrator CS6 - I cancelled my creative cloud subscription after one year and ran the program uninstall and the tool of 'clearing '. Now when I try to run Illustrator CS6, I get a message telling me to 'renew my subscription creative cloud. " I just want to use my legal version and the seat of Illustrator CS6.
If I uninstall CS6 I'll be off permissions since my last hard drive failed without the possibility to Deauthorize the software.
I went through the 'chat' support and said after 90 days, there was no support-am I stuck just throw my Illustrator CS6?

No, you should be able to get a count of AI activation reset, but it's not like you need.
Uninstall AI cs6.
clean the cs6 by http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Restart your computer
and reinstall AI cs6.

My subscription of the CC is stuck in this loop of error 'renew your membership '. I contacted the support and an agent said that they would settle the matter within 24 hours. 24 hours later and it is not resolved. Now, they say 2-3 working days. How is it acceptable for a professional product? How am I supposed to do job if I can't use the software I pay? I don't know the people who pirate this software do not have these problems. So... What is the solution to this?
This problem is solved - CC asked me to repeat, over and over again.

I renewed my subscription (one year) after having expired several months ago. I removed the PC programs to save space. I then downloaded the 30 day trial to see what were the versions of the product that was better than CS6 CC. However, try to run that these just come with the renew your registration page. So I renewed my subscription and still get the darn page. It would be nice to get what I pay for.
Any suggestions?

When you get to the pop-up notification to renew the subscription.
In the same to make it out, look at the option "Have a different Adobe ID" and click it.
Then sign in with your Adobe ID and check.

This morning my creative cloud started having this problem. I run an application, a modal screen tells me it must validate my license, it gives me the renewal subscription screen, I hit try again, he comes back with subscription now active screen, I click on continue and it starts the loop... I just spent 45 minutes with the help of cat, which was worthless... Does anyone else have this problem?

I started today Photoshop CS6 and immediately received a popup from Adobe called 'renew your membership '. I have Creative Cloud 6 purchased at the end of August and my last payment was received by Adobe on November 1. I went into the membership Manager and the update for Adobe Application Manager automatically downloaded Adobe. I tried to restart Photoshop and received the pop-up again. My account is uptodate and it indicates that the applications that I have on my desk is correct. I need to get back to work pronto. Help!

creative cloud being too difficult, I decided to go back to Dreamweaver CS 6 and Acrobat Pro 11, which I had already purchased. So, every time I try to open all programs in the creative cloud, I get a notification window saying 'renew your membership'. When I click on the button "try again" as she said thank you-"your subscription is now active. ' Click on continue to use your product ' but when I click on continue it shows the screen 'renew subscription' again. He has done this since 8/30 so I thought it could have been a problem with my card (billing period is the first day of each month and payment went to 9/6 according to my Bank) but its still well after the payment had gone through.
Ive looked at this discussion (
) and it worked on my windows 10 desktop, but the problem is still rampant in my Macbook Pro that I use and bring to class with me.Ive crossed troubleshooting more than pages that I can count, and nothing has worked. I was on the phone with someone for an hour on Tuesday (9/13) I screen share with and he went through the files and settings and deleted, moved, etc, but nothing worked. It has increased my number of folder (or something of the sort), and 2 days later (9/15) I talked to someone else that said it should be fixed within 24 hours. Before the telephone conversations, I talked to someone on the chat online a week ago service (which told me that it would be resolved by Friday 9/9).
Needless to say that the problem has not yet been resolved. Ive uninstalled all programs used adobe cleaner, repair of access, etc. and then reinstalled and none of this has helped. Sometimes itll come back to the mode of trial for 1 software, but if I end up close after this loop 'renew subscription' happens again.
in any case, any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
