Renew your subscription

Hello

Renew your subscription window starts to appear when I try to start any application in the list of Creative Cloud Apps.  This started happening after the update has been installed and activated.  Although my subscription is still valid and due for renewal next January 2017, no app can be started. Even after waiting 15 minutes recommended for try again, 'Thank You.  Your subscription to creative cloud is now active. Click on continue to use your product. "window, but again trying to start any application, renew your subscription will appear again!  and continuous loops without any application started.

Please help with this problem...
