Renew your subscription error

My subscription of the CC is stuck in this loop of error 'renew your membership '. I contacted the support and an agent said that they would settle the matter within 24 hours. 24 hours later and it is not resolved. Now, they say 2-3 working days. How is it acceptable for a professional product? How am I supposed to do job if I can't use the software I pay? I don't know the people who pirate this software do not have these problems. So... What is the solution to this?

This problem is solved - CC asked me to repeat, over and over again.
