Renew your subscription? I have a subscription

I am the administrator of the team for our Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. My anniversary date is 03/15/2014. Why am I and my team is asked to renew our subscription? By clicking on "try again" that results in a "please connect to the internet", well, I submit this question via the internet. I tried to call Adobe, but learned the wait time was 18 to 25 minutes and then hung up. Please help, it's a matter of time and frustrating that continues to happen.  What must we do to access applications and prevent it?

When Adobe Application Manager opens and you will see an option to license this software at the same time to renew your subscription. Click top and you sign in with your Adobe Id and password.
