MacBook pro cannot connect to hp2035n

My daughter is at school and has a macbook pro computer running leopard OSX.  She was using a printer hp2035n for all of the last sememster.  She just got back to school and now it does not connect.  She called apple and they say it's a problem of hp.  HP said its a matter of apple.  Yikes!

I need to know what I can say to do in order to get them to connect.  I have deleted the printer preferences, disconnect from it... wait and then try to reinstall everything, but the laptop don't recognize as being there at all.  Apple got it to download all the new drivers and others.  I'm just lost.  ANY help with some good guidelines, I have try would be very helpful because I'm far away and she now walk all over campus to use a printer in the library.

Thank you all in advance that could get a glimpse!

We will restore the print system:

-Go to System Preferences > Print & Fax
-Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
-Select the sign more to add a printer. Select the default tab on the top of the window. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

Hello and Yes, after having tried a number of things the printer works.  I had gone to the IP address and that seemed to do the trick.  However, I did not know it this afternoon when he began to print "spontaneously".  I guess just really a lot of time for the computer and the printer to reconcile with each other.  I don't know what did the printer get first place, I had not done any changes to the system to each device.

  • Can not get Macbook pro to connect to my network

I was unable to get a macbook pro to connect to my network. I am running a router with SRX400 G wireless broadband. I have 5 pc access without problem; However the macbook will not. I use WEP 128bits encryption, and while the mac detects the network, when I type the password, it is still not valid (the same password used on the pc without any problem).

Since you are using WEP you enter the password.  You must enter the key 1 of the router in your wireless settings.

  • The Macbook Pro to connect to Samsung TV

I looked at the apple tv on apple's site, but I'm still confused.   We have a samsung, Comcast TV and a wireless router.  I want to connect my Macbook Pro to the Samsung TV wireless or cords and I heard the only way to do was to buy apple tv.  I give lessons in photoshop and want people to see my computer on the TV screen.

If I buy the cheaper apple tv, would that be possible?  Does it come with a software that I install on my computer?

I would be grateful someone help an old lady!  Thank you.

    Yes.

No additional software is necessary. Your MacBook has everything he need the airtime to an Apple Tv.

To view a video from your Mac to a TV high definition - Support Apple AirPlay

You probably want to use the 'Mirror' option to display all of your MacBook on the TV screen.

  • MacBook Pro retina connection to HP 23xi problem

    Hello community,

I was faced with a problem, I bought a 13' Macbook Pro retina. Not quite a cheap machine.

But when I connect via HDMI to my HP 23xi , the screen becomes blurred and cut (which I was able to fix in the framework). I tried to play with the features, but simply, it won't be better.

I presume this is because it is the retina, of course. But I bought this monitor, a very nice screen a month ago, and I will not sell it or throw it away.

I bought this Mac for web design, but this isn't the result I was expecting at all.

I saw another post on the RGB fix, although I have not tried because it's not very practical, my problem is not the color, but rather the resolution of pixellation that appears on the screen.

    What should I do?

    My sincere greetings,

    Luisvf7

Looking at the specifications for the MacBook,

    Digital video output Thunderbolt

    • Native of output Mini DisplayPort
    • DVI output Mini DisplayPort to DVI (sold separately)
    • Output VGA Mini DisplayPort to VGA (sold separately)
    • Dual-link DVI output Mini DisplayPort to DVI dual link (sold separately)

    HDMI video output

    • Support for the resolution of 1080 p at 60 Hz
    • Support for the resolution of 3840 by 2160 to 30 Hz
    • Support for the resolution 4096 by 2160 at 24 Hz

I consider using a Mini DisplayPort adapter to DVI dual digital video link Thunderbolt.

You will not get the display resolution of 2560 x 1600 that your MacBook Pro is capable of on your HP display because the display is not capable of this. Specifications for display

  • MacBook pro cannot detect ANY hard disk

    Greetings,

I have a 13 macbook pro (mid-2012 a1278) inches and when he start shows the folder with the question mark. I think that bad hard drive, so I get a new drive, drop it in and then try to start a recovery from the internet.

After connecting to the internet and download the recovery image, I load disk utility, and he does not see the new hard drive. Am I a bad disc, I wonder?

So I drop the old drive in a hard disk enclosure and connect to an another macbook, and that is, I can see all the files. I put the new drive in the caddy and it can detect and partition/format the new drive.

Thus, the macbook can not see any hard drive.

This seems to be functional in the case, as I can load the internet recovery image and exploit all the basic functions (Restore disk, time machine, access to the network, keyboard and mouse, etc.)

It will not just to see the hard drive.

I've never had a hard disk controller macbook to go ahead without him taking the rest of the macbook with her. Am I missing something?

Your MBP may very well have a bad hard drive cable.

  • MacBook Pro intermittent connection to the wifi at home. Not met another apple or android products

My MacBook pro does not connect to my BT Homehub5 without several tests. The correct password is rejected. No other apple or android devices used at home have this problem. BT investigated and say it's a problem with my MacBook apple device. I tried to delete the network wifi and access again without success.

According to several reports, the BT router "HomeHub" works best with the latest Mac models if you disable radio 2.4 GHz mode in its settings and only use the 5 GHz. Note, however, that very old devices Apple and some third-party devices can then not connect at all.

  • U2715H, MacBook Pro 2009 connection problem,

    Hello

You just bought a U2715H, which is beautiful when you work with my MacBook Pro 2009. When I first set up, using the mini-DV to DV cable the minitor showed no link. Once again the connection several times the monitor came to life and everything was fine. Then I have experienced intermittent flicker - it would be turned off, turns on for a while, then turns off. After a few minutes he would return. I see that some people have had this problem, but I don't know what is the cause or the cure. I tried to run the diagnostics of the manual, and these were unremarkable. Now, having completed these tests I have re-attached the cable and I get zip. Recommendations on the cause/remedy? thx a lot

    Alan

Unfortunately, Dell does not validate the test / most of our models of monitors ports on Apple hardware and software. Then, it will be a better idea.

You wrote mDV to DV. I think you meant the mDP to DP cable U2715H? Based on the U2715H image below, you connect that way?

    MacBook Pro CDM on--> U2715H mDP to DP--> DP U2715H # 5 cable

The U2715H is expected to ship with DP disabled 1.2. You can try to open the U2715H Menu OSD (On Screen Display page 26) - view and see what's on DP 1.2. I doubt that this older Apple can support 1.2 DP, but you can try enabling it and see what happens.

You should also post on the Apple Discussions Forum and see if they can offer some insight or the troubleshooting steps.

  • Apps de Metro de Windows 8 Pro cannot connect to internet after the first reboot

    Hello

I have recently installed Windows 8 Pro x 64 OEM, and I noticed after awhile that my store, Stocks, Weather, News,... cannot connect to the internet more. However, all other applications work.
Even more strange, after installing all the updates, I noticed that I can navigate with my IE on the desktop, but not a single party of metro?
Long story short, after several relocations (refresh option), I've noticed as a result of behavior:
    1. during the first start after installation, EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY. I can browse, look at the weather, everything store.
    2. when I restart the computer and any time after that, is STOP WORKING.
Another thing I noticed was that his (SoundBlaster Audigy) card didn't work the first time, but after rebooting, it worked, so I guess something happened after the first reboot?
It was a clean install (OEM version) and Windows are activated, and I tried signing in with or without live account (no difference).
Help me please, since this is quite irritating :(

    Hello

    I finally found the problem.
The invisibility of the active network has pushed me towards the answer.
biggest mistake I made was using the option refresh windows, because it was useless for my troubleshooting.
By mistake I chose my first install, public internet connection and the course of the updating of the system did not ask see me that.
In defining the private connection after clean installation (No refresh, brute force reinstall) makes everything work after reboot and completely solved the problem for me.
Why the network does not disappear after reboot? It's something weird, and it shouldn't happen!
The resolution of network problems found no problem, because the internet connection worked, but he had no problem with no network also appear or metro apps does not.
This should be corrected, as it would be a great help in this scenario.
TL; DR: Make sure you set your connection on the private sector, or windows becomes crazy and your metro applications do not work (and I also noticed that visual studio could not deploy projects in this scenario, but that's another story).
  • Color LaserJet MFP M277dw Pro: Cannot connect LaserJet MFP M277dw Internet

My printer is installed and I can print from three computers (Windows 7 and 64-bit Windows of 8.1).  I can also AirPrint from my iPhone.

When I install all software configuration and the driver, when it gets to a point where she wants to register the printer, I get an error message that the printer cannot connect to internet.

I can get to the control page of printer through the IP address of computers.

However, when I go to the web services tab, click Activate, it tries to connect, but then I get "connection error. Check the Internet connection. "All the other devices on my network can access the internet without problem.  Because I can not connect, I can also not the code to activate the connected HP web services.

I tried with the printer connected via radio (via my wireless router very new and directly through the router broadband wireless access), as well as with a wired connection.

Everything seems to work, except that the printer cannot make an Internet connection.

That did not work.  Here's what I did, what worked:

    Reset the default printer.

Turn off the router, printer, and then click computer.

Restart rounter, then printer and computer.

Set the lan cable for printer (rather than wireless configuration)

The printer has obtained an ip address.

Ran the application "you reconfigure HP printer" in the folder of the software hp (Windows 7 drivers).

After that, I don't seem to have problems.

  • HP Color Laserjet M177FW MFP PRO cannot connect to web services

I bought a HP Color Laserjet M177FW MFP PRO today and took me to the top. It can print and scan over wireless network. However, it cannot successfully connect to web services. I put the DNS numbers with google DNS addresses. I changed his IP address with manually. The IP address is unique. Normally it is not activate/remove webservices. But when I restart it, it can do for a few minutes. It may take an e-mail address, but it does not print any information sheet. When I try to print a sheet it says "Connection problem" in the first minutes, and later, he said "Connecting" and he expects, there is no error message. What am I supposed to do? Please help me.

First of all thanks for your help. I solved my problem. After that I sent this message that I've updated my firmware printers and that does not solve the problem. I called HP customer service and they help me. We have solved the problem. My router was the reason for my problem. When I reset to factory settings, the problem disappeared. Thanks anyway. I want to share my solution. Maybe it helps others.
