Menu of creative State Cloud is empty in OSX El Capitan
So, for some time now, my status menu (right-hand side of the menu bar) was empty, when I click to open it. The icon is not dimmed, however there is no entries in the menu. So I can't update any applications or CC itself; cannot see the status of the subscription etc. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC without success. How can I solve this, as I'm sure that my apps all need to updates now, and I want to achieve.
Please, try the following steps:
- Leave the desktop application Adobe Creative Cloud
- Browse to the location: / Library/Application Support/Adobe
- Rename the folder 'SLStore' to 'SLStore_old '.
- Rename the folder 'SLCache' to 'SLCache_old '.
- Connect to the desktop Adobe CC app and check

Why is my desktop application menu creative white cloud?

Cannot access the settings menu in creative cloud app.
I recently received an automatic update to CC2015. Once it is installed, I see the CC app at first pitch up (before the update he reduced) with wheel constantly spinning. Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db C/users/user and delete it.
Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash. (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)
Launch desktop CC and try to connect.

I have since before Production Premium CS6 and Lightroom 4 installed on my computer (Windows 7 64-bit, 16 GB of RAM).
Package photography for CC, I joined then, and after logging in to my account, I went to the section DL download a program and install it. The creative cloud desktop application is installed, but it is empty. If so, when you open it you will see a white screen? If so,.
First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

It is a new Mac, any Adobe product is installed on it. Before I tried Adobe Application Manager it were nothing, except for the empty folder 'limit' in the folder Application Support for Adobe. After the attempt to install the Manager, there are several issues, including OOBE.
Please help me to install the creative cloud. It's really frustrating, I don't know what else I can try.
