Message "Install the program as an administrator"

Just a curious point. Sometimes, I get a message saying "this program must be run (or installed) as an administrator." As I am an administrator on my own computer (in fact the only one) why windows sometimes mean? It is not a vital request just a point of interest.

Right-click on the executable you want to run and choose 'Run as administrator'. When an application requests higher privileges or "Run as administrator" is clicked, UAC request confirmation and, if consent is given, start the process using the unrestricted token.
