  You do not have the "value" attribute Maybe that's the problem? You work with data in your valueChangeListener but maybe if you do not set a value attribute adf you give validator msg?

  Ignore the update, the app is built into recent versions of iOS, the message has to do with iOS 10 - you can select/highlight the app in My Apps of your library section and delete (but keep the .ipa file on your computer if you have older iOS devices who need the application), it will remove the section updated
