  • Satellite M50 - Microphone problem

no idea what can happen if I can't use the microphone on my M50?

I tried all kinds of ways and different configurations of the properties of the record, but it still does not work. I don't think that there is a problem with the hardware (but still there) because I checked the drivers and all, and they were very good. check the microphone itself, it works fine on another computer. unless the micro jeck broke that sounds a bit unlikely.

any suggestions I can try to find the problem?

    Hello, William

Are you sure that your device has an internal microphone? In my opinion, there is no problem because, not according to the specification, there is no microphone on board.

Start little app called sound recorder and then try to save something. If nothing can be saved there is certainly no microphone on board.

  • Built-in microphone problem Satellite L300D

I got my satellite L300D (model # PSLC8C-06100F) on a year ago, and when I got to use Skype, he couldn't find a microphone.
I assumed that, unlike my previous satellite the L300D just didn't come with a built-in microphone.

However, a few weeks ago, I was on Skype and having problems with the headset I had plugged, and when I unplugged it I suddenly had great sound that passes through the built-in mic, I thought wasn't there!

The problem is that I couldn't to find much - not to mention make it work again - since once.
    What happens here?
I obviously HAVE a built-in microphone, but my computer or Skype can seem to find.

If anyone can help out me on this, I would be very grateful!

    Hello

If your Satellite L300D takes in charge the internal webcam then the internal microphone should be available also.
Generally, the parameters of the internal microphone not found in the control panel-> sound-> the recording tab.
    Please check the settings there

It would be also desirable to update the audio driver.

    Good luck

Pilots may also need to be updated:

Control Panel - device - SOUNDS - look for HD Audio Manager - Mine said RealTek high definition
Audio (this is an example and you can have an other name/maker).

Make sure you write down the description and model double click top - tab drivers - write version. Now
Click on update drivers who cannot do anything like MS is far behind the certification of drivers. Then RIGHT
CLICK above and UNINSTALL - REBOOT - this will rebuild the driver stack.

If your driver shows 06 you have the default windows and part of the question.

Go to the system manufacturer's website and get the latest Audio/Sound drivers - download - SAVE - go to the place where you
Put them - right click on Reboot - RUN AS ADMIN -.

Check the Version tab of the driver in the Device Manager as the restoration of the sound card drivers often
and then install the latest version. Restart and check after each test, not
rare to have to run the pilot of 1 to 4 times or more. Just the version make sure you
installed shows upward on the tab of the driver.

Then navigate to the site of the manufacturer of the device and search for the drivers more recent and repeat the installation procedure.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Dell Inspiron 15 5559 and Cortana & microphone problem

I read over and over again, it was the Inspiron 15 5559 microphone works, but will not work if you try to use Cortana. I returned two of these units and all had this problem. Now, I found that if I back the Realtek Audio driver, the microphone works according to Cortana. But the question becomes as the equalizer cancelled also, making the speakers almost unhearable. Can we get someone to be updated the Realtek drivers to work properly with Windows 10 and Cortana? It's been months and months and still there is no update driver to resolve this issue.

    beamermt79
If you know the RealTek chipset on your laptop, its possible you can go to the Web to RealTek website and download a driver generic windows 10.

Hello. The chip in the Inspiron 15 5559 is Realtek ALC3234, but all we need to know in order to get a driver from Realtek, is either an AC97 (before 2006) chip or a HD chip. Here is the path

    1. go to the Realtek download selection page. www.Realtek.com.tw/downloads
    2. on the page, click on 'High Definition Audio Codecs.
    3. check "I accept", then "next".
    4. (optional) in the column named "Description" find the file named README and download it. Who has the instructions for the installation or update.
    5. in the column named "Description" select your operating system and if it is 32-bit or 64-bit of 2 choices in the list.
    6. in the column named "Download", click one of the server names to download the driver.

  • LifeChat LX-3000 microphone problem

    Hello.

My LX-3000 works well with the sound, but the microphone does not work. What I have to install any driver? I installed Windows Seven about 3 days ago and so far, I don't have it still works.

Can someone give me a hand, please?

Hello =) thanks for helping me!

So I checked for a new driver, but the link in the Microsoft Web page is corrupt. I also of course on that volume, and that's ok. Some people commented on some option "playback" or something like, but he could not find anywhere.

I try to use the microphone with MSN, Team Speak, Skype and some games like Team Fortress 2.

I don't think that this is the driver because I used to use this headset when I was running XP as a platform, and it worked perfectly. I did not remember how to reinstall the operating system, so I don't want to create new problems with it. I have read some other forums that many people have similar problems with micro-LX-3000. In my case, it is not something physically, but I guess that's a bad configuration. What I have to change something in the sound options to make it work?

    Thanks again :D

Control Panel > sound > recording tab...

Micro helmet by default (headset must be plugged or not displayed)

    Next

Select the Microphone of the headset, and then click the properties button

    Now, click the levels tab

Adjust the volume at least 75%

  • Satellite A500 microphone problem

I currently own a Toshiba Satellite A500 computer series running Windows 7 laptop, however the built-in microphone that comes with the computer laptop isn't working properly.
When I go to use Skype for example it says that the microphone is on, but the volume is low. However, what makes no sense to me is that I already went to the sound options on the Control Panel then the properties of the microphone and turned the volume up to full.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    > When I go to use Skype for example it says that the microphone is on, but the volume is low
As mentioned by Akuma. Skype software controls the settings of the microphone to and in my case the volume is controlled automatically by Skype to ensure the best quality.
I think you should check the audio options of Skype.

  • NB305 10f Skype / microphone problems

Recently bought a new NB305 10f. Skype does not work - the other peron does not hear me. Skype check settings dialog says mic a speakers ok but said computer running slow. Brand new machine not falsified - ideas before considering back? Toshiba recommends Skype!

Go to Skype and turn the setting that Skype allows you to take control of the microphone volume. Let Windows manage the microphone Volume.

    Then go to:
Panel-> Sound-> read-> Select "speakers" tab and click on 'Properties'-> the levels tab.
Lower or cut the Mic playback Volume to avoid the Larsen effect.

Panel-> Sound-> recording-> Select "Microphone" tab, then click 'Properties'-> the levels tab.
    Increase the recording Mic volume.
Also increase the Mic Boost if the microphone Volume is too low at 100%

  • T420 internal microphone problem

    Hey guys,.

I just got may new T420, but unfortunately, the internal MIC will fail. It's weird if I'm controlled by using sound recorder in Windows, it works fairly well. But as long as I use MSN or Skype to have a sound test, it always fails and what is worse, the test is also the speaker stop working. I have to disconnect to make it work again. Any suggestions for me?

    Thank you!

Install the latest audio driver Conexant via system update or through the pilot T420 matrix. It is supposed to solve the problems of compatibility with Skype or MSN eventually.
