Microsoft ACPI compliant control method battery problem shows "plugged in, not charging." Help, please.
Dear Sir
Hi Mohapurush,
Compatible Microsoft ACPI control method battery component supports the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) control method battery, include an interface to control method of code ACPI Machine Language (AML) between the battery and the host computer.
You can use any type of communication interface supported by ACPI and any type of battery because the battery interface is fully accessible by the AML code control methods.
Battery monitoring and management are available only on compatible computers ACPI and APM-enabled. Windows can handle the batteries that have a smart battery subsystem interface or interface of battery method of control on ACPI computers. Windows can also monitor several batteries.
I recommend you contact the manufacturers of the system and check the settings on your computer.

I have no idea why or how fix it. Previously, my battery does very quickly.
I messed up when I posted before. It is stuck at 56%. I noticed the power management feature is new to win like last week 10 and has probably improved on my machine so. This is why I had not seen that before I would say. I have dl had the driver of energy management last night and now I have a new battery indicator to start. Guess I'll have to worry not be stuck at 56%, as it's apparently normal now. Thanks for your comments.

Compatible Microsoft ACPI control method battery is missing
My computer (Acer Aspire V on Windows 8) suddenly began to turn whenever it was unplugged and does not turn on unless it is plugged. Battery icon saying "plugged in, but do not load.
Everything I read said to try to uninstall and then reinstall the Microsoft ACPI control method battery driver in Device Manager, however mine is missing. The only option on the batteries in the Device Manager tab is the Microsoft AC adapter driver. When I click on "Search the hardware changes" or try to reset the computer it will not reinstall a new driver for the Microsoft ACPI compliant control method battery. How can I find/reinstall this driver?
If the battery is about 1 year before, I think that's the problem.

"Plugged in, not charging", but have a blue battery light
I have a gateway NV54 as tracks of Win 7 64 bit. I recently had my battery icon display: plugged in, does not support. When I unplug the AC adapter, the computer turns off. Both power and battery light are blue indicating full charge/power, but the battery icon on my screen remains frozen at 14% and says: plugged in, does not support. I tried power off, remove the battery, etc. Did not work. Tried to disable the method battery Microsoft ACPI compatible control others suggest, did not work. I tried to download the BIOS from Gateway drivers, didn't work. This means there is a problem with the battery need to be replaced?
This has been a problem for the last two days. There is no change made to my computer that I can remember. In the bottom of my screen battery icon has fallen of "plugged in not 14% supported" 4% now. Thanks for trying to help. I guess I'll have to buy a new battery. :-/

Laptop didn't work when it's plugged in and the battery says "plugged in, not charging." Battery LED also flashes a few times from time to time, so I don't know if it's a circuit board problem or the battery itself.
I tried updated driver battery without success.
You can try to unplug the power and remove the battery. Press and hold power for 30 seconds, Plug and see if it is supported.

Tecra R850, battery "plugged in, not charging".
Hello
I'd appreciate some thoughts on the problem. The problem:
The battery is not charged. The icon in the status bar indicates that the battery is "connected" but that it is 'not charging' and 'remember to change your battery.
Something similar to:
https://BD23.HTTPS.CDN.SoftLayer.NET/80BD23/142.4.51.106/images/consider-replacing-your-battery.PNG
In addition, the battery charge indicator is offWhat happened:
I was using the computer on battery power. During use, the message appeared that the battery is critical 3% and computer suddenly stop (or went to sleep/hibernate). It is possible that the battery was empty, since I was not charged for 2 days. Which was weird, is that I do not have the message that the battery is at 7%, which is normal warning that I get.
The next day, I plugged the computer power cord started. At the start, computer called I want to boot into 'Safe Mode' or 'Normal '. I selected 'Normal '.
Then I noticed the problem described above.History:
Nothing in particular. Notebook is less than 2 years old. Battery was at six, now has dropped to about 4 hours, but had no previous problems. No power surge, does not drop the computer, etc...Comments:
-L' computer works without battery, only on the power cable.
-L' computer does not react if I put only the battery, without the cable, even if it is said that the battery has 9 percent. (he says there are 3% before the initial stop, however)
-When I plug in the power cable, the battery charge indicator is on for 2-3 seconds (in orange) and then is off. This happens whenever I take the cable out, then in.
-What is strange, is that every time when I disable networks wireless/mobile using "Flash Cards" and restart the computer, they are 'on '. Previously, this situation will only occur when the computer crashed, or I made him stop (holding the power button)
-J' tried what was suggested on the forums of Toshiba:* 1
§Remove cable power, battery, clean contacts, put everything back in place
§Leave to load a few hours
-> Indicator battery charge was not on a few hours after the* 2
§Remove battery, start the computer
§Go to the "Device Manager".
§Uninstall method to control compatible ACPI Microsoft battery
Computer §restart
§ ACPI Microsoft settle again
Computer §shutdown
§Put battery, start the computer
-> No change, still do not charge, indicator is not lit* 3
Also have interpreted 'Factory reset '.
§Apres recovery and restart, there is no change
§Cela time, when I turn off the networks wireless/mobile using 'Flash Cards', they remain "off" even when I reboot a computer, which was not the case prior to 'Factory reset '.
§However, if I take the feeder and then place it in (while the computer is turned off) and then start the computer, wireless/mobile networks are once again 'on '.Any thoughts?
Thank you
MiodragOn the picture, information is displayed: consider replacing your battery. This means that the battery is defective somehow.
I guess you need the battery help, another tested good original.
I don t Jules Destrooper that there is some sort of problem since you've already tried the factory reset recovery software and computer laptop. Problems of software, this procedure should resolve any software related issues. But it was not.

Using Windows Vista Home Basic.
I had no problems so far. I guess it's a touchpad problem but I tried everything I know and I can't fix it.
When I pass something, it is like I left clicked it. This is happening everywhere, including desktop, Windows Explorer, and programs.
I tried to change the setting in options files (double click to open things), and I consulted with the touch pad options and everything I have tried.
Can anyone help please?
Hello
Is the touchpad mouse or you use another mouse? Most of the touch keys have Hover and
other settings in the control panel - mouse. What has changed just before this started happening? Add anything? New startup program
or update antivirus and security or other? Some systems have shortcut keys that control the way which responds the touchpad, check with the manufacturer of the system.
Try reinstalling the drivers for the touchpad.
Try to use a clean boot to see if that stops the problem.
