• problem with the help of 'response' on Microsoft Community

  I'm answering the responses on Microsoft Community, but whenever I click on any button response, that the text box does not appear and it is as if the page hangs. try to solve some problems, but are unable to communicate. any suggestions?

  IE8 with XP Pro does not work here now from the site of "update/upgrade.

  I wonder why we should connect and disconnect from the Microsoft Community? Normally I just connect and then when I go out, I hit the close button. I find it easier that I can come back later in the day without having to type my password again once (unless I turn off my computer). I can understand doing it with those who are banking, but not on these forum sites. Can someone explain the reason behind it please?

  I can't access Microsoft Technet Forum, one day I got this message.

  The only thing that I did before this happened has been commented on in a few messages with my comment with my signature at the bottom.

  Now I get below error, it has been more than a week, someone please help.

  How is it when I go to the Microsoft Developer Network site at

  Microsoft LIFECAM-VX 5500 Help! Since the update "-Audio and Microsoft, Communication device, Streaming Media Broadcast - Microsoft LifeCam VX-5500" it has not worked. The program does not open and when I try it says "stopped working". Also, when in MSN Messenger it freezes it and nobody can see me nor can I see myself. What can I do to fix this?   I was able to finally get an answer from cat and solved my problem with the payment from my Bank.  I've been under pressure to resolve within 24 hours because of a fraud watch, was so worried.  I kept getting a canned message that says I'll see if I can solve in the forums of the community instead with a link.  Since I had already listed my personal information billing question, I was really very irritated that this message kept repeating.

  To solve this problem, perhaps when a cat of support is desired and issue filters through like a billing you could message read differently, such that "we're busy with other customers but will be with you as soon as possible, you are important to us..." "or something like that... certainly not go to community forums!
