  To view your files and local files

  1. Go to the House.
     
  2. Press the text label Blue at the center of the top bar.
     
  3. Select 'Local' (for files that are stored locally on your iPad/iPhone).

  You can also select 'Cloud of Document' (for files stored on the Document, formerly called Acrobat.com cloud) and others.

Also, if all goes well, there will be a folder "windows.old" on your PC, which must contain your old music files in folders that they were originally in. Find the folder "windows .old" and navigate in Explorer windows (not IE) to see if you can find them. If you can COPY them to where you want.

  Just a suggestion... since I'm not sure what the DEFAULT options will check beforehand, we will be absolutely sure through the ADVANCED interface:

  Open CryptoPrevent, click OK. Click the ADVANCED tab, select DISPLAY the ADVANCED OPTIONS.   In the left column, to halfway under various Protections, Acheck box for DISABLE WINDOWS SIDEBAR & GADGETS.   Then down to the right, click on the button of PROTECTION will APPLY.  Restart and see what happens.

  No guarantee it will make a difference, but it's worth a try.
