  Images are missing from the CD of Dreamweaver CS5 CIB, lesson 4. I used the IPC for InDesign, Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator series, and I've never had this problem. Where and how can I get the images, if possible? I use Windows 7.

Whenever I'm trying to download the site via FTP Muse so that my client can use editing in the browser does not have the navigation bar, and you get this error when you click on a link. When I download via FileZilla through a new folder empty it works correctly, but they can use editing in the browser. What should I do?

  I went the codes of your site, I see that you added a third party widget or a HTML code in the design

  

  I would suggest that you try to remove all the third-party widget or code and try to publish from Muse under FTP upload process.

  Note: In the edition of browser only works if the design is downloaded using Adobe Muse.

  If you still encounter the issue, I suggest get you in touch with the help/support the browser edition.

• Link goes to the wrong page, once the site is transferred via ftp

  No matter what I do in Muse, a particular link goes to the wrong page. I tried to rename the page, deletion and recreation of the link, change the text styles, download of the whole of the site several times, you call it.

  When I saw site in the browser the link works correctly. When I upload to the server the link does not work properly.

  Links:

  Home page under menu

  Link under testimony / continue reading, to half way down the page

  Links should go to the testimonials page, but it takes you to the FAQ page.

  I just noticed the link links simply bounces back to the home page.

  Weird.

  I suspect that the href-data tag is the culprit.

  OK, so I deleted the page with broken links and created a new, deleted the page that the link has gone in and created a new.

  Created a new link in the menu of Muse.

  Tested the site on BusinessCatalyst and it worked.

  Downloaded the site via FTP (all files, not just an update).

  Same problem again.

  Site exported as HTML to my local HD, no problem with the link.

  Very confused.

  I made changes to my Web site pages, including the master page 5.

  When I download the changes via FTP, not all pages are downloaded.

  Only the home page and another page are changed on the Web site.

  Even the master page changes are not reflected on the other pages that I have changed.

  Most likely your browser cache get the page of memory. Clear the cache of your browser and try again.

  It is often the problem when hosting with GoDaddy...

  I seem to have a problem uploading images in Dreamweaver on the site?  I started a 'new' Web page and insert images and I also copied & pasted a "old" Web page as part of my 'new' Web page.  When you view the page in Live View mode 'new' Web images were present.  When I downloaded the 'new' Web page on my site, only the 'old' Web page images were present.  The new that I had inserted in the Web page "nine" were not only present a small box with an 'x', where the photos should have been?

  There could be 2 common reasons behind it.

  1 way to the CBC provided in the codes are not correct. May be it is the path of your local disk or there is an error with the path.

  2. the file linked images are not available on the remote server. Please be sure to download dependent files also during the FTP transfer.

  If in doubt, please share the URL of the Page in question and I'll look at the codes for you.

  I am trying to download a 'coming soon' page for a customer, riding too one existing site, she (build in Muse). I tried the download with no public_html folder nothing helps. Downloading the files and I don't get any errors, but its existing site is still there. When I asked the designer of the current site for help, she responded with this, and I have no idea where to start!

  "index.html is not visible, because there is a redirect in .htaccess to container.php in your FTP program, you need to enable the visibility of hidden files."

  Does that mean something to someone?

  FYI: when downloading via ftp to my server on Bluehost (for other clients) I have no problem.

  I'm no expert here, but I suggest to go through this .htaccess tutorial info just in case you are hesitant to ask your colleague for more precision.

  The best way is to make a site setup in Dreamweaver when you Configure the FTP server. It is then a single question to go to the remote server and download the files.

  I had to start using another method to download my site in 2013 due to the ftps changes in Dreamweaver. I now use Filezilla... successfully with one of my sites, but without success with the other.   I created a site using "Frameset" fixed on it, and it works very well when I have preview in Safari and Netscape and I would download on my ISP.
  On my old site, I made using HTML that I had to call the master page "index.htm" and then just download the site.
  I have 3 files on my new site called 'Untitled - 8.htm', 'UntitledFrame - 23.htm' and 'UntitledFrameset - 57.htm. These seem to control the site, but if I change the names of their 'index', nothing works.
  I Dreamwever is great, it saved me hours on the time that it used to take, but I don't have no idea how to post my new site - there, someone can help?
