• OfficeJet Pro 6230: Print head: missing, defective or Incompatible

  

  I have a 3 month old printer Officejet 6230 Pro who now will not be printed.  I get this message: "print head: missing, defective or Incompatible.

  I tried:

  (1) the printer reset

  (2) I have genuine HP cartridges

  (3) removed, cleaned and replaced cartridges

  (4) Firmware update

  I cannot perform a "print head cleaning" or something like that.  I get the message "printer is busy. Try again later. »

  What else can I try?  How can I get this printer working again?

• HP Designjet 500 42 '' model work, the print heads

  Recently I repair a DJ500 42 '' model for a friend, and even I replaced with new Magenta, Cyan & yellow heads printing, but invites always replace them. I tried 2 new popular series and always the same.

  I opened the box to transport and clean all the contacts on thin and all cables inserted perfectly & securely. Nothing works.

  The transport box looked like new and not dusty, and I really doubt that there problem. Ink system all very well with HP inks.

  I replaced it with a new gas station, belt and transport move freely.

  No idea what I can try?

  After that I removed all the print heads and dj500 front display,
  Cyan, magenta, yellow flashing and black had full solid

  flashing.

  After that I inserted all the heads of print with cyan, magenta, yellow crossed

  flashing.

  That's all...

  Maybe I'll try different transport box...

• Duplexer C9058A-002 - looking for another model of the printer to use on

  Now that my OfficeJet J6450 is no longer operational, I was wondering if anyone knows of any other current models of printers all-in-one type that the duplexer C9058A-002 (which came with the J6450) could be used on. I tried it searching unsuccessfully since the duplexer apparently is not a part number HP currently conducted.

  I'm sorry to hear that your OfficeJet J6450 is no longer operational. I see that you are interested in using the duplexer your J6450 on a new HP product, unfortunately there is no product that would be able to use the duplexer but the printer so that it was made. That being said most HP printers made today come with a duplexer.

  If you go to www.hp.com/shopping and select the Printers on the far left hand side tab, you are able to filter your search. I checked duplex printing from the narrow features option and it brings 51 printers.

  I did a system restore and I can't get my new 5515 HP printer to work, the problem seems to be that the computer and the printer are not in harmony with each other. I went to the HP guide to shooters of problems, but without success. I checked the connection Wireless on the printer and its ok. the message on the bridge of photo printers, tells me I have a wireless connection with success. The computer is a computer laptop Dell 9400, Inspiron, about three to four years old. The printer was working until I did a system restore.   Method 1: Uninstall and reinstall the wireless card driver.
  Step 1: Download driver network card wireless on the manufacturer's website.
  Step 2: Uninstall the wireless drivers, and then restart the computer. Let Windows install the generic drivers and then see if it helps you to solve the problem.
  A. open the Manager of devices by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.
  B. Si you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
  C. find the device network according to the option of the network card, right-click on it and select uninstall.
  D. restart the computer (driver will install once you restart the computer, if you are connected to the cable network)
  E. install the wireless network card driver and check.
   
  Method 2: Temporarily disable the security software.
  Disable the anti-virus software
  1 open Security Center by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking Security, and then click Security Center.
  2. click on malware protection.
  If Windows can detect your antivirus software, it will appear under virus protection.

• Window a lot of installation errors in the event log, model of the printer incorrectly installed

  My event or the error log indicates Windows Installer problems more than a thousand and a bad HP all in one model has been installed, a 1350 Officejet.  I have two ink jet while UNITS, 1310 Series.  One is 1315xi.    I downloaded their removal for Officejet 1350 utility, but there is something inconsistent with IE 8, a HTTP 403 error, what page I can not even need, if I could get a HP technician to make a withdrawal of Assistance away from the wrong model.

  I use a Compaq Presario XP Home, SP3 2002.   Could get a new all-in-one, I know, but probably it wouldn't work, with all these errors.  My system restore does not go far enough.   SOMETHING caused its previous close and start all over again.

  Bless you, Neo.    Yesterday afternoon and evening, I managed to remove bad model photosmart printer who had downloaded accidentally, using a link that is probably another version of one that you gave, in another forum someone had given, called a scrubber.   I'm looking for the Kudo and buttons thanks, as usual, always have a little hard to find.

  Your solution must be mailed as a tip somewhere easy for beginners to find.   You probably know a good place to put it.   Link scrubber of HP that I used to put an icon on my screen, so I can use it if this error occurs again, I'm sure.    Perhaps including that cleaning the permanent contacts, even if the cartridges are brand new, can get rid of the red flashing light "check cartridge", and the constant popup your cartridge is not installed correctly.  Only, I used a dry tissue, I forgot where I put my distilled water you just dampen your laundry with and can probably get too wet.    My "TIA" was actually and abbreviation of Thx in advance, just as 'Neo' is my lshortcut for your longer name, ha ha.   It is correct.  You may think of the technology, and it's good.   Thanks again and now hunting for the buttons.   Nice day.

  I have a printer of 710n model 6500 has and just replaced the cartridges with 920XL models.  The other colors print fine, but for some reason any magenta will print at all.  Nothing has changed on the PC or anywhere else.  The test page printed on the ink level page print not even magenta, so it has nothing to do with my PC I guess.  Suggestions?

  I see that you have a problem with the error code "0x610000f6".

  First of all, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a bar/power strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer for example, but it is intended for HP products in general. Please click the link which explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

  "I have also found a document that addresses 'traffic Jam' or ' 0X610000F6" message for HP Officejet 7500 (E910a and E910c) a large Format e-all-in-one printers.

  As much as I know there is no printer currently in-process which has a mirror of the functions copy image option. Usually this function would be in the printer or the program driver settings that you use for print transfers.
