  • About 5 days ago, I was using my computer as usual. I have a game, was talking to some people and play music, everything works fine. They had me try all the things I had already tried and then just told to take it into a store.

Since your unable to see the screen, you can not enter the bios to see if the edge can be activated but sometimes when the card is to remove the edge can activate itself.   You have more than one display card? Try to connect your monitor to the another card and see if you can get the display.
