Most often the cause of this problem is not having the right codecs for the files you are trying to publish, or files are not compatible with movie maker. Here are some informative articles that should help you to solve your problems.

I can't publish an interpretation. I've done this before and have had great success, but this time it doesn't seem to work.
I created the "restitution" by a new folio which is 2048 x 1536 and then import (in InDesign folio Builder: import - import several items) 1024 x 768 files. As I said, I did exactly that for an earlier publication and it worked fine.
Publishes version 1024 x 768, but the 2048 x 1536 ramp slowly to about 30 percent before it fails. It is 510 MB.
I have already re-built everything completely and I am positive, that I did everything correctly. I can't just think of anything else to do. I wonder if maybe it's something in the 1024 x 768 files that do not transfer in a 2048 x 1536. (I'm reluctant to change all the files, because everything has been approved by the customer and the publication date is coming). Or maybe there is something pressing that miss me.
All had experience of the world, and anyone can bring an overview on how to solve it?

It is probably related to this server problem, not the configuration of your interpretation. Wait until this issue is resolved and try again.
I use Adobe Captivate 9 and have a problem with the video that is inserted into the course, will not be published and the course crashes on editing and does not publish.
The video plays well in the preview of Captivate, if for some reason any Captivate won't publish the video with the publication over to HTML5. See screenshot below when I go to publish. Adobe Media Encoder opens, video is treated and then nothing happens.
Solution?
Take the video file and process it through the application Adobe Media Encoder (SOUL) with the parameters to a MP4, before inserting it into the Captivate project. If Captivate is triggering the SOUL app when to publish must believe there is a problem with the file video reprocessing it will correct.
Make sure that the settings in the SOUL add all metadata in the output video file (MP4, not all have the correct data).
Then see if you get better results when you publish on. If this is not the case, try to insert just the TEA MP4 has published in a new empty Captivate project with just one or two slides and see if that will publish. If Yes, then you have another problem somewhere in your current project.

I worked on a video since a few days and I have been posting to my computer I'm going along for backup. I finished the video (it is only 3 minutes and a half long) but now it won't publish. It happens at some point (usually around 56%), then it becomes white and restarts. I do not understand why he is doing this now when it worked fine before.
I've tried changing codecs and changing back to default settings. My videos are AVI, my photos are PNG and my audio is MP3.
I am referring to Movie Maker 6.0 that comes with Vista.

Basically, I wanted to create a movie with photos and videos of my summer in New York City on Windows Movie Maker. I put all the various video clips and images in the video, saved from the entire project and then transferred to dropbox. I recently did a factory reset on this PC, delete all the files on my PC, assuming that there would be no problem retrieving my files using Movie Maker external later on using the drop box.
I can receive the project, however, I'm now fearing the worst I lost my files forever. When I open the project, I get a warning telling me that "the file is missing", and each of the individual clips have a yellow warning sign next to them.
Y at - it sort of anyone to receive the files back - after all, that they were all rescued on the Movie Maker program.

I don't know if I understand, but you will actually need to download DropBox files on your machine to access with MovieMaker...
You'll probably also have to place in the same location\filename as before or Moviemaker won't find them... You may be able to redirect Moviemaker to the new location, but you may need to do this for each file... I have not actually used MovieMaker long, so I can't say for sure...
I have some programs that you can the redirect to a new folder in project only once, and they're going to get the rest of the files. I have also some programs you need to navigate to the new location for each file... Quite a pain really

Glad to hear that you solved this problem in re-encoding. Just a tip for any future reference - bitrates, frame rates and resolutions will not cause the issue with Captivate-in fact, they will have no impact at all. These factors impact how the video looks and plays but do not import into Captivate.
The problem is with the used MP4 codec, or it's just corrupt. I suspect it was originally encoded in an older codec of the MP4 unsupported or has been altered during rendering.
I just finished the tutorial intro on Muse and downloaded the Katie bakery site as described in the tutorial. He is now 'live' as a temporary site on the domain businesscatalyst.com. However, when I look back on my page "My property" (assets.adobe.com/websites), my temporary Sites always show zero.
When you publish a Muse to Business Catalyst site, which does not constitute a temporary Site? If so, why does it not appear in my property? If this is not the case, what kind of site is seen as a temporary Site? And anyway, how can I remove my site from business catalyst tutorial?
OK, after an exploration and tests based on your posts, that's what I discovered. I hope this will help other people who have similar problems.
1. There doesn't seem to be any standard way to go to https://assets.adobe.com/websites. When you go to assets.adobe.com, it comes up with a menu for recent files, creations of Mobile libraries and the 'active' Add URL after the domain, as shown below:
The page above does not give an option menu for Web sites, even if you can get to the Web sites by typing directly, as shown above. This is the URL where my original question came from because this is and it shows my original impression of launch Sites 0 screen 0 temporary. I don't know even more how I got in the first place. But its existence seems to be an error on the part of Adobe, otherwise I think that they would provide an easy way to access and display updated information. I republish my test site, and this "Web Sites" page still displays zeros.
2 muse seems to publish a site "Business Catalyst" as an entity into two parts:
You can check the status of all of your Sites to trial on the site (http://ava-next.worldsecuresystems.com/PartnerPortal/Customers.aspx) partner portal. To connect to this site requires your overall Adobe user ID and password. It lists all your trial Sites and gives you links to the Preview, manage or upgrade.
It doesn't give you a link to remove. Delete, you have to manage the site, by clicking on manage printing, which then takes you into the Business Catalyst site part as in the screen above. (See (1 (b) below).
(b) a Business Catalyst site
It is the site itself, and you get a URL to share with the world for the duration of your trial period.
If you add ' / admin ' at the end of this URL, you can manage the site. You can also manage (and get to the same place) by clicking on manage from the portal partner, as indicated above.
Once you enter the game handle, you get the stats of the site (visits, disk space, etc.) as well as links to launch the site as one of your 5 free hosting sites, or delete it by clicking the link in the message ' If you need this site, you can simply delete the site.»
Thus, it appears that the publication and management of sites Web through Muse is a sparse proposal. There are three different places, you can find information about what you have published. The first doesn't seem to work at all. The other two are related, but are not easy to find. I think it's something that that should answer to Adobe, because all the less, I really had no idea that I had published, how to manage it or how to get rid of without thorough investigation. I changed the videos then created my movie by adding titles and transitions. The film is long, consisting of about 100 clips and about 20 transitions with an overlay of music about 8 minutes. I can play the movie in movie maker but cannot publish it. When publishing to dvd stop with "unspecified error" at 17% of the encoding (I tried this 5 times with error that occur at the same point of encoding), published on cd or computer the message "windows movie maker cannot save the movie to the specified location. Verify that the original source files used in your movie are still available, that the backup location is still available, and that there is enough available disk space, and then try again"appears. The source files are available, as I can preview the whole film in moviemaker and he certainly has enough available disk space. This is very fustrating, could someone please advise how to solve this problem.

Captivate 8 - video integration problems. Video won't play Web server when published under the title of course HTML5 and video is selected to play in the same screen.
