Multimedia center of Toshiba - sound to play too fast

I recently bought a Toshiba Multimedia Center and installed on a server Dell T105 running Windows XP. The Dell server has not built into the sound card. I use the Dell machine as a server but run it as a normal computer for now.

Playback of any type of sound or video (iTunes, Media Player, YouTube,...) starts too fast (about twice the speed). After 1-2 minutes playback slows and then runs at a normal speed.

I uninstalled the software and Toshiba all files read correctly even if, of course, without the sound! After you have reinstalled the software, the problem appears again.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Mate well done!
Thanks for this post!

There is no change in speed for the original TIFF within the first that would cause the problem.

  • Recording is playing too fast.

Hi all and thanks in advance for any help.

Here's my problem, I recorded an interview yesterday and I always look at the amount of time we did, it was around 14-15 min, then a few minutes later I looked and he says 4 min. so we stopped recording and he played and fast forward the audio sounds like it is in mode.

We also recorded a few shorts pieces yesterday 1-2 minutes each, but they are good with zero problem is the audio any longer.

no idea which can do this?

The mixer is fine - I just wanted to check what he uses as a driver, well, it seems to me the standard Windows USB driver. It's not at all unusual, but is not an ASIO driver, so the OS could certainly get in the way of its functioning.

After thinking about this for a while, the next thing to try is an experience, but don't worry, it won't cost you anything and often solves problems a little - and is trying to use the driver ASIO4ALL with hearing and your mixer - it needs to pick up fine. Try this and see if it makes a difference - we know resolve a number of problems before. And hey, it's free - ASIO4ALL - universal ASIO Driver

All you have to do is install it, select in the configuration of the hardware of the hearing page, open the control panel and make sure that he saw your table of mixing. And report back...

Whenever I (re) start my Tecra S3 with the powered gigastore on (which is connected to the Media Center which is connected again to my dock via USB), my laptop only shows me the "toshiba" screen and doe not continues the start unless I turned off the gigastore and restart the laptop.

    What can I do?

The same thing happened on my laptop while my external USB printer is connected to the computer. It has something to do with the BIOS.
Hmmm, you can try to change the boot order in the BISO. Probably, it helps.

I was an unlucky boy because the change of the boot order has not improved the situation. I had to unplug the printer or turn off the printer during the start-up procedure.

  • MP3 audio files play too fast

I have been using my Clip to listen to podcasts and audio books for a couple of years. All of a sudden all of my readers are the Chipmunks! Sound files just fine on my PC (windows 7). I've updated to 2.01.35, but the problem does not start when I did the update of the firmware.

If you haven't already done so, first thing I would check is to look under settings-> Audiobook Options-> speed and make sure it says 'Normal', not fasting.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones music plays too fast

I was listening music on my Blackberry and leaned on it. Somehow, I managed to make music in the fast lane so that four seconds of the song is played in a real second. I have tried everything to stop this, I have never stopped the song, played more songs, on the phone and turns off again, and again the same thing happens.

If someone could help me, that would be fantastic because I can't really do it without my music and I use my blackberry as an ipod, so I have no other alternative.

  • Video & imported music plays too fast

So far, I have edited with FCP, but have recently switched from Mac to PC so will try to learn Premiere Pro. With this in mind, just reply using small words and simple terms!

I make machinima filmed with Fraps to 29.97 FPS, 1920 x 1080, and I configured the custom to match sequence settings.

Question: when I import clips and drag them into the timeline, they play at nearly twice the speed and added music both fast and jerky, if I rub along the track. Example: if I import a 21 second clip it'll take 13 seconds to play in the timeline, and a piece of imported separately music plays fast so. I didn't take the duration settings (that I know). I tried to create new projects, import media, always in the same direction. What I am doing wrong?

  • Exported export for DVD - video plays too fast

    Hello useful people!

I am relatively new to first - but familiar with Final Cut. With the help of Adobe first Pro CC v8.1 on Mac.  I have a video that was filmed in 1080 p, and I took the settings for the sequence in function (or so I think).

The video is superb in the first and I need to create DVDs to send to England (I'm American), and they should be able to play in a standard dvd player there. My understanding is that PAL would be the wisest choice for encoding. I try to keep the simple export, and I exported several times using PAL and NTSC and while audio files are fine - for PAL and NTSC, video files are significantly shorter than the actual film and plays in a kind of fast forward. First, the film plays 17 minutes, but when I open the exported .m2v files they play only at 14:33,- or that I have finally (somehow) got up to 15:00 minutes. Only 15 minutes we got of not to tweak the settings at all - on the previous, I had read somewhere to increase the bit rate and use VBR pass 2 for best results. However, 2 minutes is still a big problem.

Here are the screenshots of the sequence settings and export settings more simple I used - example of the NTSC.

Any help is very appreciated! Thank you

I personally consider QuickTime the scourge of video production, whose use must disappear from the landscape quickly and permanently.  Try VLC instead.

VideoLAN - official page for VLC media player, the video frame Open Source!

I say just go ahead and the author of the disc.  Chances are good it will work correctly.

  • Video clips will play too fast in the monitor Panel

I've been struggling for days with a problem:

I took 3 video clips with my mobile Nokia N8 video camera.  Here in mp4 format.  When I play these HD clips on my computer it will work perfectly.  With this and with the help of Adobe first Elenents 9, I created a project.  I haven't made any manipulaion of time on these and have left in the rough.

Seen in the editing mode they occupy on the seconds, and run in a few seconds, where, as they should be at least 4 minutes total.  I burned a DVD that confirmed they run fast.  Can someone tell me what I do wrong?

See my response in the other post.

BTW - until someone has replied to your message, you can always change it. In the thread pane, look to the right, more upward under Actions, and you will see the Edit thread. Who can save the double display. Now, only you, or a MOD can edit the message, and once responded to it, the Edit thread function is lost. Is the same in the responses - once answered to, Edit disappeared. In response, the button change is at bottom left of the viewing Panel.

Good luck and hope that interpret the film will have what you need.

  • . FLV files play VERY fast

I have some flash video files on my computer and when I try to play them in windows media player they play faster than normal. Literally, it looks that I viewed an episode of Alvin and the Chipmunks. However, if I convert the .avi file, it plays at normal speeds.

Note the file itself is not formatted to play too fast because it indicates the duration of the moving video to like 4 seconds every second.

    Hello

If I understand correctly the .flv files played back at a very fast speed in Media Player.

I'll try and help you get the problem solved. Please provide us with some information before you begin troubleshooting.

    1. is the specific question of .flv files?

    2. Since when are you facing the issue?

    3. do you have an antivirus installed on the computer?

Try to play the files in another drive and check. If he plays well, then Windows Media Player does not have the necessary codecs to play .flv files. You can also go through the steps from the link and check if it helps.

If the problem is specific to .flv files, you may need to contact the manufacturer of the program for known problems.

Hope this information was helpful and let us know if you need more assistance. We will be happy to help you.
