Muse tells me that I don't have a subscription, but I do.

Last week, I installed Muse, but when I try to start it, it displays the message following (Spanish translation): "you don't have a subscription. Buy this product or launch the trial version. "But I have a full subscription to CC. Please let me know how I can solve this problem. I work in an iMac.

Thank you.

Hello

Please try to remove the location OOBE folder:

Mac OS: ~/Library/application support/Adobe
Windows XP: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Adobe application
Windows 7: %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Adobe

Built-in in Mac OS and Windows file search can't find hidden files or folders. If you are not familiar with how to navigate the hidden files or folders on your computer, see the following resources:

Mac OS: Menu go in the Finder, choose go to folder and enter "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe" (without the quotes). Delete the OOBE folder.
Windows XP: Click Start. Type "run" and press ENTER. Type "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Adobe application" (without the quotes). Delete the OOBE folder.
Windows 7: Click Start. Type "run" and press ENTER. Type "% localappdata%\Adobe" (without the quotes). Delete the OOBE folder.

After delting the OOBE folder, please launch Muse and provide your Adobe Id and password using which you purchased the subscription.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards
Sachin
