• Site does not work in some browsers

  I transferred my site via an external ftp host.

  It works in some browsers, such as Explorer 10.

  But it does not work in 11 of Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

  You can go to the website and see the first page, but you can't use the menu and go to the other pages.

  What can be done to fix this?

  There seems to be an object (probably an empty text block) on the top, obscuring most (all?) of the menu. The object has no border or background. That is to say up to 10 have a bug that allows the mouse events through objects that have no fill or stroke (which is contrary to the HTML specification and not how other browsers work).

  It makes very well on some computers (I'm guessing that maybe those w / are already in the cache)- but when I try other - more precisely, others with the latest version of chrome - loading of the police is not rendered correctly.

  I tried a few sites 'browser test' to see how it looks — looks like both self-hosted seems perfect to all previous versions of Chrome but not later.

  I use the first a lot, which is really annoying. I've already looked and I think that the problem has to do with firefox. I have a linux system. When I try to play music, I see the time meter that works perfectly, the only problem is: I have no sound. If I install firefox 25, I have no problem. With firefox 26 or 27 of firefox it does not work. With the same configuration (plugins for example) if I switch to firefox 25, all right. I tried clearing the cache, but it does not help. I have no idea more.

  I'm looking into this site and see player video javascript. The GSStreamer is used only with html5 and h.264 and others have their own codec.

  The bug for this specific page is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=921714 which recommend to disable media.gstreamer.enabled, in the subject: config as well.

• Firefox does not work on some Web sites

  I continually run into sites that don't work well with Firefox. I tend to think, because of FF high-speed evolution that he brings to the itself, but nevertheless, it's boring. The sites all say 'use Chrome' as a solution, and most of the time, it works. The thing is, I don't like Chrome. I have FF set in place as I want.   In the bold line, 'event' is a typo and should be "TTE". Maybe if tell you them on this subject they will fix it. Although other browsers work this way.

  I'm stumped on this one. I am coding comp of a designer for a group and I have many images on the page. In Safari, the images show. In FireFox and IE6, all but one of the images are broken. All images have the same relative paths, however, so why a show, but the other is beyond me. The images are definitely living on the server at the specified location. I have no idea why they are broken. Anyone mind giving me a hand?

  I figured this out. I have finally a click with the right button on the image broken in FF, copied his location and he read in a new tab FF displays a message "cannot display this image because it contains errors." I didn't know JPEG could have errors. So I bothered with jpg files and now they show well in FF and IE6.
