  Check your regional settings in the control panel. Make sure that your time zone is set to which your PC is actually in.

For desktop computers, it will almost certainly be a CR2032 and be something relatively simple to find and replace. for laptops, maybe it's not a CR2032 and may be very difficult to find and replace. Whatever it is, when in doubt, consult a technician, ideally one that you can get a recommendation for. I would have thought 10 dollars (including the battery) had to do for a desktop computer. A computer laptop pourrait be much more expensive, both for the battery and work.

  Running ESX 3.5 on Dell Poweredge 2850, fully patched as of 28/03/09.  I've had several guests of Windows 2003 Server.  Whenever I restart one of the machines 2003 comments time tilts back about 15 minutes.  These servers are member servers and are supposed to synchronize their time with one of the domain controllers.  I can make a net time on the computer and get them back in line after logon, but the next time the server is restarted his time is asymmetrical back 15 minutes again.

  The real problem here is because the time is off more of 5 minutes, none of my group policies are applied.

  Your time of esx host are synchronized with your domain name? See if time difference matches that of the host, if so check that ntp is configured to synchronize the host.

  Has probably had a modified default parameter. To do this: go to control panel and select default programs. When that opens the first series to select your default programs, when this window opens select Windows Live Photo Gallery in the left column and choose defaults for this program on the right side. When this window opens, make sure that the JPEG is not selected. Save your changes and then OK yourself.

  And to the home page by default, select programs associate any type of file or Protocol with a program. When this window opens to scroll to the bottom of the left side of the window until you get registration .jpeg. If the default associated program isn't one you want, go to top right and click on change program... When this window opens, either select a program from the list, select one of the other list of programs, or click Browse and select the program in the Explorer style list that is offered.

  It is impossible for a 64 bit system to implement a 32-bit system. Your computer has 64-bit hardware installed? Also remember that the OS will use some of the computers installed memory that's why you'll only 3.2 GB available.
