My computer keeps asking me to sign in iCloud, even if I am logged in.

All of a sudden my Mac I sign in iCloud, wanting more even if I am logged in.  I can't access my email to iCloud because of this.  What would cause this?  I tried to sign in iCloud, signing then.  I restarted the computer, still the same issue.

Same thing here... I can't in my iCloud for my Macbook or iPhone - a mail using my corporate network and the other my cellular service.  Something seems to be wrong...
