  No, you cannot scan from computer to the printer. You have to put original on the glass and you can use the HP scanner on computer software to scan and save a document/photo scanned on computer.

  My question: do you have installed the software and driver on your computer yet? You should do this first.

  From what you described, this looks like a problem with the wireless connection. I have found a document that you can use to troubleshoot with these symptoms. "Printer is off-line" Message appears on the computer and the printer does not print.

  Although you may not see a message 'offline' this document will guide you through the steps required to solve the problem.

• All printers are gone, when I try to install the drivers of local or network printers that it says the printer drum is stopped and cannot install the drivers.
