    Once you uninstall Creative Cloud then rename the folders of Windows OOBE: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE and C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

    Then reinstall Creative cloud of https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

  • Creative cloud won't work on another PC

    I bought the CC in December last year (2013) after using the track and leaving the trail run out. (Photoshop) I installed it on my windows laptop that has WIndows 7 Pro. It works perfectly fine on this machine.

    I now have a MacBook Air, I want to use instead of my laptop computer windows. The Mac is running OS X 10.8.5. I installed CC and logged in with my Adobe ID and downloaded Photoshop. When I open photoshop, he showed me the Pop box trial and I got 30 days remaining. From what I understand Adobe allows cc must be installed on 2 computers (Mac or Windows) and enabled. I tried to upgrade the software, but whenever he would pray for a license key which I didn't that I only bought CC and not CS6 licensed or more, so I did not have the license key for those.

    My Initial thought it was that he was the Mac. So I tried to install CC (Photoshop Again) on my desktop (windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit). Once after the Cup with CC, Photoshop told me that it was even a trial. Then, I signed my account on my phone, thinking that this may be the problem. It did not work. You may experience a connectivity problem, IE, the subscription is not able to connect to the Adobe activation server.     So I recently bought Adobe first Pro and it says I need creative cloud. Now a while back I used my old email which I have forgotten altogether and now when trying to install Creative cloud won't let through me emails. It gives me a little window that says check and return the check (to old email) and the options on the train are 'help' and quit smoking, more pin to the notification area. I looked online and it tells me to go to the OOBE and delete opm.db, but the problem is that I do not find that... Help would be great thanks!

    I tried for 2 weeks install creative cloud on my macbook pro and it won't work

    Whenever I open it and go to apps it says: "the installation of creative cloud no longer works."

    I followed all the instructions about uninstalling, cleaner running, remove the OOBE folder, checking every file on the disk permissions - nothing works

    I created a new admin account and installed on it and it works fine, but I can't move all my apps/documents etc... to a new account just to use photoshop/lightroom

    I tried to go to the live support, but after 40minutes, no one responded

    Can someone please?

    I see some comments about broken on adobe files and other permissions, but I don't see any resolution on the forums

    for users who find this on my ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe folder permissions were wrong - I think the upgrade to the mavericks

    The 'admin' user group have read & write for the creative cloud app permissions could not create folders and files he needed too

    Gave the "admin" group r + w access and everything works perfectly now

    I did check the payment portal, Adobe could not obtain payment from your bank, it was held on 3 December, 10, 17, 24. 2013.

  • Creative cloud has stopped working

    For a while now, have I struggled with the creative cloud application.

    Whenever an update is available and I try to install apparently is normal, until the progress bar gets almost 90%, then it just closes the window. Background cloud creative process will continue to run and will be hogging resources, but the installation never seems to finish, long waited on it was 9 hours. When I say my computer restarts there is no pop up window telling me a process is ongoing and should be closed or whatever it is.

    Once I restarted my computer immediately a pop up appears which reads "creative cloud has stopped working".

    In the past, I worked around it using the tool of CCcleaner, removing with Panel command does not work and then reinstall everything, but he would rather solve the problem instead of having to pass an all-day reinstall all my programs Adobe when Adobe decides to date creative cloud.
