my creative cloud icon disappeared once more I have not changed anything, but have no funds may app continue to use PS and LR.
Tis icon keeps disappearing, and I can access by clicking on LR and PS, but have no control office.
Power off auto-hide on bar tasks seems to work only 3 trials so far.

I had to cancel my debit because of fraudulent activity card and my creative cloud subscription was related to this card. I just got my new card and plugged on creative cloud but the icon on the taskbar to the top of my mac is gone and I don't know how to get it back. Anyone know how?

You can get the return icon to launch from the main location.
Go to the go > Applications > application cloud creative
Or you can search in the spotlight.

Can not hear the video like You Tube videos or news
Try this:
Right click on my computer then > Explorer > tools > File Options > view > 'Show hidden files' is checked > navigate to this address on your HD c:\windows\system32\dllcache > locate this file sndvol32.dll, then copy > paste here c:\windows\system32 and crush if you are prompted > re - start.
You should now have your back icon in the systray or put the pane control / sound etc.
Re-post if still no sounds and if error messages.

Creative Cloud Update 3.8.0.310 will not update on MacBook Pro
I can't update the Cloud 3.8.0.310 creative application. I tried everything suggested in the forums for updating the application. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. The problem seems to be that two instances of the creative cloud are running on my computer. I tried everything to stop the two instances of the program to run. I constantly get the message that the application is running and close the running application to uninstall. I can't find the app running on my computer. Reading the forums, I tried all the tips to try to stop a creative loading to start or stop the application when the charge. Can I go back to the old version of the creative cloud and waive the new version? I unchecked the box that says, always "keep creative cloud Office up-to-date." If I quit the application, the creative cloud icon disappears. What to do next?
I thank very you much for your helpful answer. After reading your last response, the solution to my problem clicked in my head. I followed your suggestion and did the following to correct the problem:
1. in the Finder , I clicked on Applications > utilities
2. in the Utilities folder, I had two files that have been labeled "Adobe Creative Cloud" and "'Adobe Creative Cloud 3.7.0272". "
3. I open the file titled Adobe Creative Cloud > VAC and renamed the 'Creative Cloud.app' file 'Old_Creative Cloud.app '.
4. I shut down the computer and restart the computer.
5. the Creative Cloud.app didn't load when I rebooted I therefore had no active incidents of the creative memory cloud application
6. next, I used the Installer of creative cloud that I downloaded from the Adobe Web site.
7. once I ran the installer the creative cloud desktop application has been installed with the latest version.
I thank very you much for your suggestions and help. I had worked on this problem for two days and many hours of frustration. I hope that all those who have a similar problem reads this message.

I'm trying to download the trial version of InDesign, and before I could do that I had to improve my creative cloud. Once updated, my computer freaked out, acted like it was stop, then has not.
Now, I click on the creative cloud icon, but nothing appears. It runs, it will appear in the 'process' when I do the Task Manager, but in fact, nothing is displayed.
I seriously got creative cloud, ha.

The creative cloud icon is grayed out in my toolbar. When I click on it, none of the applications that are currently installed appear. the drop-down icon creative cloud window is empty. I tried to reinstall the desktop app, but the same thing happens. I checked my Internet connection and all checks very well. Even my computer's clock is set correctly. Hi, I know that this discussion has already taken place. I think my problem is a little different. The creative cloud icon is missing from my toolbar, but I am still able to use photoshop and it runs without problem. The problem is that I know there are 2 new updates of creative cloud, but I can't update. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall as I will then have to contact all reinstall all my plug-ins again.
Open ps > click Help > updates.
that should open your desktop cc application. Check the application's preferences to ensure that 'start with connection' is checked.

Hi all, after happily using CC for almost a year he no longer works: the creative cloud icon continue on spinning and when I try to open ANY CC applications a warning saying "Adobe Application Manager is needed to solve this problem. Please try following steps depending on your operating system
(Windows)
(1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. (Right click on adobe folder select properties then click on the Security tab, click on edit and select current user, that you are connected to, select full control, click on apply and then ok)
C: / / program data (to view hidden files to see this folder)
C: / / program files 86 x files / common
C: / / program files x 86.
C: / / program files common files
C: //program files.
Go to c:/programdata/Adobe and oobe and rename it oobe.old
Go to c: / / programfiles86x/common files/adobe/and rename the oobe oobe.old and aamupdator to ammupdator.old and delete the folder Adobe application manager
Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator
Go to Control Panel/Add or remove programs and uninstall cloud creative app
Install app creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Run it and it should work.
(MAC)
(1) close adobe all processes in the activity monitor (cloud Creative), synchronization of the base, CC, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, CIB Adobe updater AAM Broker service
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly

When I hit the creative cloud icon it starts updating creative cloud but stops at 2 percent and said to try to connect to the server, and does nothing else. My internet is fine. I have Adobe master collection installed on this laptop. I disabled my firewall to see if that helped, but it does not work.
