Creative cloud icon is grayed out on the toolbar

The creative cloud icon is grayed out in my toolbar. When I click on it, none of the applications that are currently installed appear. the drop-down icon creative cloud window is empty. I tried to reinstall the desktop app, but the same thing happens. I checked my Internet connection and all checks very well. Even my computer's clock is set correctly. I just want to be able to update my applications. Please help if anyone can. Thank you.

Hi Tonyr92129,

You can refer -:new Creative Cloud application unusable: it is empty!
