  Try to force creative Cloud exit desktop application and restart. If still not able to sign in file opm.db trash.

  Use the path: username > library > Application Support > Adobe > OOBE > opm.db

  Please, try the following steps:

  n ° 1)

  Click on Finder and then in the Ribbon of apple. Click on Go > utilities. Both Manager dustbin of adobe and adobe creative cloud records applications.

  Step 2)

  Click this link to remove the creative cloud.

  Step 3)

  Click on finder, again option on the Ribbon of apple to go > go to folder

  In the search bar, type ~ might.

  Then go to the Application Support > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  Step 4)

  Click on finder, again option on the Ribbon of apple to go > go to folder

  Type / library in the search bar.

  Then go to the Application Support > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  Step 5)

  (e.g. cc, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc.)

  Then, rename the opm.db file by:

  Navigate to the OOBE folder.

  Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

  and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example.

  Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

  Sign In using your Adobe ID

  I'm on Mac. When I start the computer, the CC icon is grayed out in the menu bar above. Accordingly, Typekit fonts are not recognized when I open an Indesign document, and then I have to go manually connect to CC.

  I was able to get it solved via the Adobe support cat.

  Pretty easy, it turns out that.

  Just had to trash the file opm.db, which can be found via this path:

  username > library > Application Support > Adobe > OOBE > opm.db
