My Cyberlink YouCam has to a black screen and troubleshooting says it's not compatible with my Windows 7. How can I fix it?

It worked and I tried to change the brightness and the screen went black.  The exposure setting is completely to the right and I can barely see an image.  Also, a pop-up came on compatibility, developed for Windows XP and I have Windows 7, so I clicked on Windows 7.  When I go to setting on YouCam, it's showing only HP true Vision.   This utility cannot fix it.  Help, please.

Hi William,

I suggest you to perform the system restore to the date where everything worked well and let us know the status of the issue.
